Love the place. Love the employees. Hate the fact that every time I come to pay something off or handle something, I have to try to dodge beggars outside the door. Makes me unsafe sometimes with the fact that Im buying expensive products and having strangers walking up to me asking me for money "EVERY" time without fail. Sometimes I avoid the store for this reason. Sucks for the employees and store because they really are great, I just wish the solicitation outside their doors was handled more.

Was just here to buy my new phone and the staff were knowledgeable and willing to do research and find information on what they may have missed. I was greeted by the manager and he didnt push me towards any sales or anything he was able to allow me to browse before setting me up with one of his employees. Story still under construction but is open please visit I highly recommend this stuff to anyone who has a T-Mobile carrier. PS the Music Choice that they played there is excellent.

The store manager, Dolten, is AWESOME! I had a few issues with my bill and my device exchanges, and customer care kept talking me in circles. So I went into the store and Dolten handled every problem I had and didnt stop helping me until they were all resolved. What I spent in two days trying to fix and getting no where with customer care, he was able to fix for me in a few minutes. Highly recommend this store, they know their stuff!

No incentives to sign up at store. Go online its easier, they waive activation fees, no charge for SIMS or Activation up to 12 lines FREE Sims. And they give you better discounts on phones. I guess asking for Discounts makes me a "Demanding Customer".....It is what it is. Also paid $110 for Galaxy Grand Prime online.
