I went into the store to get some help with my phone. The battery was dying quicker than it should. I was helped by an awesome representative named Lucas. He helped me with reasons why my phone would be dying and also looked at my account to see if there were any deals I could take advantage of. Not only did I walk out of the store with a brand new awesome phone, I got to trade in an old one and got a $200 credit for it! He also noticed a charge that shouldnt have been on my account and helped me with what to do with that. Im a very happy Sprint customer and love this store imparticular. I highly recommend Sprint and advise you see Lucas when you go in!

Wonderful experience! I was greeted by Jason who was very friendly and helpful. I was undecided that day, but he played a big role in my coming back the next day to sign up! Awesome staff, Amazing Store!!! Very helpful, and they have the BEST DEALS in town!!! You should definitely make the switch from AT&T, VZ, or Tmobile to Sprint!!!
