CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW: Signed up with a girl named Kat. She was amazing. Super nice but not fake and was very efficient. I didnt feel like she was dragging me around or trying to up-sell. She was great!! I would recommend having her help you if you want fast, efficient, and to the point service. Brian on the other hand- I went in to exchange the phone I got for a different one (which I found out they didnt have after waiting 45 minutes in line) and it was a nightmare. It was relatively busy and signing contracts isnt the quickest at a cell phone store, I realize, but.. according to Brian there was some things I could have done to prevent MY time from being wasted: Unlike his friends that came in and were helped before the three customers in front of them (and the customers Brian was in the middle of helping), Brian informed me that "I should have interrupted him and the customers he was currently helping" to see if he could run in back and see if the phone I wanted was in stock. -- Sorry Brian, didnt realize it was my job to be rude. Maybe you should have greeted me and asked what I was coming in for so he could estimate when and how and IF he was going to be able to help me. I didnt know it was my job to assume what and when it was appropriate to interrupt. Well thanks now I know. Brian also proceeded to call a Sprint Operator and try to start my switch of phone before even looking in the back to see if my phone was in stock--then apologized profusely to the Sprint Operator for wasting their time while still wasting mine. Thats cool. Were all just doing our jobs--oh wait-except Im a paying customer. What could have taken 5 minutes took 15 or more on top of the waiting I did for you to do your job in a very round about way AND the waiting I did so you could chat with your friends and give them a precious hug good bye. When I asked him when they would get an order in I was informed that "nobody knows when orders come or what will come in". I asked if I could leave my name and number since I live in the North County and I would come down and pick it up but that wasnt an option. I have to call everyday (which I am still doing) to see if they got an order in and if the phone I would like it in that order. Once I was told orders come in on Monday and Fridays by Brian but today Brian said he doesnt know when orders come in. Interesting. They just come in when they do and I guess I will keep calling. Maybe I should be calling twice a day?! What if they get shipments in twice a day? WHO KNOWS?? ITS ALL A BIG MYSTERY I GUESS. AND for the record, I know that some stores just operate in wacky ways and have their own protocol that doesnt make sense and thats that. Fine. But dont be dick head about it. So not only is Brian incompetent and rude but the entire Sprint store runs very inefficiently and apparently the employees arent informed about anything! So.. its a guessing game. Its a wonder they know how to unlock the front door. *****The best part about Sprint is Kat who I guess is the only person who does know how to do her job and does it well with out being a condescending ass hole. Thanks Kat! You are probably the only reason that store location is still in business. *****

My husband pre ordered his Galaxy S8 when we picked up, Nick told us they had a bogo sale going on so we decided to get the free phone for our son, when we got our bill noticed the charge for the supposedly free phone. When we came to tell Nick about the error he says Oh no you signed the contract on different days thats why its not qualifying you for the free phone. Why dont they tell you how it is in the beggining why lead you to believe itll be free and then get charged for it and they wont do anything about it now we are stuck paying for 2 yrs. Now he wants us to call sprint customer service and try to fix the problem he created like they will do something about it yeah right. Sprint we are done been with you since you bought out Nextel.

Helpless not knowledgeable at all about the phones, there is one specific guy in there with kind of a "surfer"/ "Helmet" hair do he is not customer friendly at all, wish I knew his name to call corporate and adress this issue because its not the first time this happens to us specially with him, he always avoids helping us and is rude. This kind of service drives people away. Its too bad this is the nearest sprint store we can go to. P.s. Anthony I believe is his name, his awesome though! Very Friendly and helpful in anything he can do.

I signed up back in November 2016 for the free Ipad Air 2 and recieved the older Ipad Air and have been getting charged every month since. I tried to tell them in the store it was the wrong tablet and all they said was i would need to pay a restocking fee which i thought was rediculous since they are the ones who ordered it. I have made several attempts to have this taken care of but nothing has been done about it so i will be switching back to AT&T as soon as i pay my phone off

Ive been with Sprint for 14 years. This stores original sales pitch was gimmicky and gave me my first red flag. After the Note 7 fiasco their store made no attempt to help. Their District Manager, Les, personally spoke to me and took my number saying he would call me with a solution. Ive never heard from him or the store. Happy to leave sprint and never work with them again.

I showed them my Verizon bill and they literally cut my monthly bill in half. Great customer service too. They helped me set up my phone and I pad before I left the store and made sure I understood how to use them too. Im very pleased every time I go into the store. Edwin is the store manager and he made sure I got the best price and was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Les and Adrian were not only very kind and patient, but also incredibly knowledgeable. When you need technical support, you must have individuals who really know what they are doing. These guys are terrific. If you want to be educated, see them. Also, my service with Sprint is superb, so in all, I feel like I won today. Great people.

My experience was not good. We had got the runaround trying to get my daughter an iphone 7. It was awful. We had went to 3 stores and this 3rd store was the worst. Poor customer service, rude and condescending employees. The manager wouldnt even help. Was busy on his cell phone. No customers around of course, just on his phone. Nice.

Sprint, by far, has the best customer service that I have ever encountered with a mobile carrier. The Staff, especially Edwin, truly cares for their customers. I had a problem with my mobile hotspot and they patiently helped me. I wish more stores actually cared for their customers rather than the bottom line. Thanks.
