Service is quick and friendly BUT they are basically trained like used car salesmen. I cant tell you how many times Ive been here and theyve tried to take advantage of me for not knowing 100% of the ins-and-outs of the system and always up-sell and try to convince you of things that are simply not true. You have to go in prepped with actual facts about your plan and options youve researched ahead of time and not let them convince you otherwise. Theyre very stubborn. I once got blatantly ripped off and called back to let the management know how unhappy we were, and it was clear that they didnt care because they had trained the sales associate to do that very thing. They have also flat-out lied to me about my travel options once they knew they werent going to get any money out of me that day, which was a big problem when I called the AT&T Customer Service line to active my so-called "no additional charge data roaming" and they informed me that wasnt an option and that I would have to purchase an expensive travel plan. If I had just gone with my original plan of unlocking my phone (which I had to jump through several hoops for too) then I wouldnt have been placed in that position.

John and Tom did a huge favor for us. Our friends son was the model in a store poster. When we discovered it in early August we asked them if they could give us a call when they took it down. It is now early November and I got a call today that they took it down last night and were holding it for us! We just picked it up and are so grateful! They certainly didnt have any obligation to do this for us. They went above and beyond. This outstanding level of service sets AT&T above the competition. I am happy to be an AT&T customer knowing nice guys like John and Tom are there.

This is one of the worst ATT stores Ive ever visited. I have gone to this store three times and every time the customer service has been awful. When I ask a simple question to a worker who is not helping anyone, they just tell me to wait for an appointment and then I have to wait an hour while there are other employees just standing there looking at their tablets. I go to a store to speak to people who know the business but they have been almost entirely useless. Youre better off doing whatever you need to do online. Going to this store is a waste of your time and patience.

Came in to get my Galaxy S6 looked at regarding charging problems. Alicia was super helpful even though she couldnt initially diagnose what was happening and sent me to Best Buy where a Samsung affiliate could take a look. Turns out I needed a new phone and came back the next day. Ricardo (goes by Rick), former Marine, helped me and was an incredibly nice guy. Went to every end to make sure my phone was working before he left at the end of his shift, even changing out SD cards and waiting for it to activate. Nothing but great vibes here! Best AT&T store Ive ever been to.

Purchased a Galaxy SamSung G5 smartphone at Costco where I also purchased 40 inch smart TV and asked for insurance thru Costco and Atnt for damage/loss/theft/etc. missing phone from hospital in AG. Atnt Costco and Asurion now 6 months later they tell me it was not covered for theft. They offered me not 1 idea to keep a customer... so they lost one and I am out of another expensive phone from ATNT

Id give a POOP emoji if I could. Not only does their customer service lack (in-store) they cant even PICK UP THEIR PHONE WHEN A CUSTOMER CALLS!!!!!! IVE TRIED CALLING THREE TIMES TODAY. Been waiting a total of ohhhhh.....THIRTY MINUTES. This is ABSURD!!!!!!!!!!! WHY DONT YOU GUYS PICK UP THE FREAKING PHONE. MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst!! I switched my service to T mobile and they would not unlock my phone so I had to purchase a new phone and transfer my ph. number. T mobile is cheaper and free international calls and texting.
