There are several phone shops in Yakima so when I needed work done on my IPhone 5 I went online and read reviews for each business. EZ Fix Cell Phone Repair had great reviews and so I paid them a visit. I never write reviews - but this place was so great to work with I had to add my positive review to all the others! The technician tested my phone and was very thorough in his diagnostic troubleshooting. After he determined what was wrong (bad charging port), we discussed repair cost and options. My phone also had a cracked screen which I wasnt going to repair but it was my lucky day - they had a used screen in stock to replace my cracked one at a fraction of the price a new one would have cost me. Oh and one last thing -- all the aforementioned work on my phone was done in ONE hour the same day I stopped at their store !

Absolutely fabulous job. They were able to do a same day repair on my phone. In the time it took me to walk next door to second street and have lunch they had completely repaired my screen. Very happy with it. Will recommend and go back again when I need another phone repair. Have to add they are also the most fairly priced. Last time I had this same repair done it cost me over 200$ and took 5 days. Between 60 dollars for the part and 35 for the labor I got an amazing deal!

Shattered my phone, I took it somewhere else in town and it sat there for a week waiting for a new screen to come in. I got a call about 4pm on friday that it didnt come in, so I was without a phone for another weekend. I called EZ and asked if he could make it happen and he did! Thank you! I would have gone there first had I known! THANK YOU! It took him an hour to do an Iphone 7 plus, great service and professional.

Had my phone completely submerged in water and knew that RICE DOES NOT WORK. Took my phone immediately to EZ Fix Cell Phone Repair and they fixed it!!! I never write reviews, but the customer service and efficiency I was given was something Ive rarely been given. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They even stayed 30 minutes after closing so that I could get my phone back that day!

This is the best place in town! Not to mention they have the lowest prices I called around and everybody was charging $160+ I am so glad I went to EZ Fix they were extremely friendly and even had Netflix for you to watch if you chose to wait! This is the second time Ive dropped my phone and had to have it repaired. EZ Fix had the glass in stock, straightened my frame and discovered a part from the first repair that had been left out and replaced it. They were VERY professional, fast and I highly recommend this service. The BEST!!
