Went to go sale a phone to a lady there and some guy with curly hair supposedly helped us out by checking to make sure the phone I was selling was clean. He ended up saying that the phone was blacklisted, so I felt so embarrassed and told the lady who I was gonna sell it to that I was sorry because I made her drive all the way down from ellensburg. Anyways I go home and called the customer service department just to make sure and surely the lady tells me that the phone had nothing under the records to show or prove that it was blacklisted. Not only did the lady check it once or twice she checked three times to make sure. I was so pissed not only because I lost out on a sale that I had, but I made the girl drive all the way from ellensburg just so this dumbass who I dont know if he was just a lazy ass worker who didnt want to have to have to go through the whole process of connecting the phone or if he was just a complete idiot. But I was pissed and it made me look like a dishonest person. Personally I would say to not work with that dude with curly hair because hes a freaking dummy.

I recently called this location with a question the person that answered the phone didnt even say hello or ask if I could be put on hold just put the phone down and talked with other people. After about a minute of trying to get her attention she hung up the phone.

Horrible customer service. Went in to try and pay my bill and got completely ignored. No acknowledgement what so ever from the workers. They definitely need some better customer service skills.
