Purchased a Duracell aftermarket cell phone battery for my Samsung 5s that was supposed to be as good or better that the OEM battery. Well, my 2.5 year old battery will last about 23.5 hours on a charge. The new battery only 17 hours and to top that off when I installed it it fried my micro SD card. I had removed and reinstalled the OEM battery many times with no SD card issues. I find it suspect that I install their "direct fit replacement" battery and my phone goes haywire. I will be bringing this piece of junk back to them, but it doesnt replace my 800+ photos that I lost. Never going to use this outfit again!!!!

Ordered heavy duty truck battery I had waited to buy over the internet and received a 10% discount. Scheduled immediate pickup at the Batteries Plus store and drove down and had it installed and was on my way within 15-20 minutes of arriving at the store. Installer cleaned my battery terminals and treated them with corrosion prevention spray. I believe I got the best battery for the best price after scouting several other stores.

I ordered a car battery for a friend online, but when I got the confirmation email, it said I had to bring my ID and the Credit Card on which it was charged. One phone call to amazing staff and I was able to leave pick-up information with no problem. The battery was cheaper than Walmart or Sears and it had a longer warranty. I went there for a phone repair and Bo listened to what I had to say and really investigated what the problem was and although he couldnt fix it he communicated with me the entire time and made it such a positive experience. They are professional and helpful. I highly recommend them

Horrible return policy. Bought a battery and charger that wouldnt power my device as they stated. Had receipt. Return was refused as I didnt have the original packaging - destroyed upon opening. Buyer beware.

I have been in the store twice and both times the service has been outstanding. The staff is well informed and if the sales person does not know the answer he will ask other staff to resolve the issue.
