Would think after a remodel the service would get a bit better. But unless your willing to compare your wait time to that of the DMV then I suggest going to another store or doing everything online. Odds of them having the phone you want in stock are slim to none. And you would think with employees giggling in the back would occasionally peep out and see a line of customers, might spark a thought to come out and help people. But hey, sometimes it is what it is.
