If youre looking for expert knowledge about batteries dont go here. Although nice, their poor customer service staff dont know enough about anything but the basics to help answer questions about more complex battery issues. Worse, the technicians are over-confident and waste your time by saying they can rebuild things they cant. Plus, they lack the wherewithal to seek out answers that could be readily found by consulting other, more qualified technicians.

A very chipper sounding answered the phone when I called and asked me to be put on hold, before I could answer, I found myself on hold for 20 minutes. I became frustrated so I called him on my other phone and the same guy answered and I told him I was still on hold on the other line. He helped me of course, but I believe they need better phone etiquette.

Ive been to this store several times each time Im greeted with a friendly knolegable staff with a great selection of products and the manager is awesome as she made sure I got exactly what I needed I will definitely return as a repeat customer
