I have been with Verizon for many, many years. I have never had a problem with the service until now. I have just bought the "great" iPhone. After five days of ownership, the phone QUIT. Nothing worked to get it restarted. Going to a Verizon store only proved to be more frustrating. After standing in the store for over an hour, I was told there was a glitch in the system and a new iPhone could not be added to my account. I was told that I would be called when the system rebooted. LIE!!! I was told everything would be taken care of so that when I came back to pick up phone I wouldnt have to wait. LIE!!! I have never seen such POOR, POOR customer service. If I treated my customers like this, I would be fired. Simple.

Went in there to replace my iphone, was told by the gretter that there would be a long wait (first words to come out of her mouth). No problem I can wait, after receiving help from another employee she had to check with her manager if she could proceed with the transaction. Long story short the afternoon manager is very rude and does not know how to professional about handling situations. after a few words were exchanged I advised here I would be calling Verizon corporate to and informing them of what of happened, here works were she would still have a job. Verizon please send your manager to some training because I would hat to see you loose a lot of customers because of one ignorant, rude employee.

I went in to port some lines over for my whole family. We had a crappy cheap cell phone service because money has been tight. Anyways they had a promotion if you bring any old smart phone in they give you $300 towards a new phone. The employee was helpful and we started with credit check (i have amazing credit) they said there was a problem w my credit. I called verizon and long story short that store put my social on fraud hold (w verizon) because my trade in phones werent expensive enough. So now i cant get verizon under my social for 1-3months. We ended up going to the one on blackstone by biglots they were very helpful and we got our phones. The riverpark store gives verizon a bad name.

Recently I purchased and new phone and service from this Verizon location. Everything seemed routine just like every other cell phone company I have use in the last 15 years nothing special. Exactly one month later I attempted to pay my bill. Since I did not receive a security code at the store during the setup and purchase process. Now my business phone number hangs in limbo not a good feeling on a Sunday. I later found out after resolving this issue that I was not giving the rebates or credits offered for purchasing my phone during the setup time. One mistake no prob THREE is just low Integrity in my opinion.

The staff are very helpful with troubleshooting problems with your phone. I had an issue with a phone from the extended warranty insurance company and the staff at the Verizon store called the company for me and took care of it. The staff at this store eager to help and will not try and upsell you on anything. That is why I keep coming back to this store. No cell company is perfect, but the coverage is great and the staff will do their best to make it right.

service is great, once you enter you check in with an employee and they let you know how long it will be for someone to see you ( which i find very helpful). Sometimes the wait is long but they are a busy store. Ive never had an issue with an employee and im at the store A LOT being that i go for personal use and my company also uses their phones.

People stand around and dont greet when you come in the door fully staffed but they are talking to.them selfs then helping rude personnel been there more then once and have had other people say the same thing i guess that is why is is never busy. Would of put a 1/4 star it.does not allow that

i have been buying and consulting with this store for over 10 years. with rare exceptions the service and the staff have been courteous and helpful. I drive past 4 other Verizon stores to come to this one. Last helpful person was Ana...she wont believe where i found my phone.

I was lied too twice. I was told they were shipping my phone over night and it didnt arrive. When I called to inquire I was told that they put it in for over night but that the shipping company screwed up. When I check the tracking number I found out they shipped it 2 day.

Love the Manager Matt. Well run store and great service/tech help. Never been to a phone store that was really fast, but this one is not bad and theres no high pressure sales. Laid back and friendly employees.

Verizon told me that if I traded my iPhone 6s EE they would give me Sampson and they lied to me they said that my phone was way too little and it could pass for iPhone 5s

June 2nd at 8:23pm I went to Verizon to buy something and the store closed at 9:00pm and people were inside and the doors were locked and would not open it
