Like the HTC One phone, I wanted to like this store. I would have rated it excellent, but but cant. Everyone in the store was very helpful. However, as I was buying my HTC One, I was very concerned about the battery life since it doesnt have a removable battery. I asked twice about the return policy should I not like my new phones performance; one time I was told there was a 30 day return policy and the second time 14 days. I should have known there was a problem at that point. I still dont know which it is (I assume the 14 days), but neither of the sales reps told me about the $50 restocking fee -- EVEN IF YOUR PHONE IS BROKEN! Im not kidding you; theres a $50 restocking fee to return a BROKEN PHONE!. Now to be fair, the manager CAN waive that fee, but he doesnt have to. I found out about when I took the phone to the Meadowood Mall location and was told about the fee when I went to exchange the phone (and was told in no uncertain terms that they wouldnt waive the $50). Only by calling the Plumb St. store did I find out that they COULD (and in this case, would) waive the fee. Even though they waived the fee, this should have been mentioned when I asked about returning the phone. To NOT mention it when a customer asks about the return policy is nothing short of dishonest. Its left a very sour taste in my mouth. If I didnt want a GSM phone, I would cancel my service and go to Sprint -- the only other carrier whose service is decent near my home. BUYER BEWARE!

This is the WORST T-Mobile store I have ever been in. First Alejandra signed me up for a phone they didnt have in stock. Said it would be 15 minutes to go to another store to get it. She took my old phone as trade in the mean time. An hour and a half later the new phone finally arrives. I had left and came back to the store 3 separate times. When confronted about the time wait, Washington(manager) blames Alejandra and will not take any responsibility for my lost time. Says he was "doing us a favor" by going to another store to get me a phone. No. He just wanted to get the commission for his store instead of the other store. Then Washington has the audacity to start arguing with my wife when she speaks up. Chis(employee) stood behind Washington and snickered when I asked for some sort of credit for all my lost time dealing with their highly unprofessional staff. They declined. When I asked to see the store manager they said he was in a meeting in the back and couldnt be disturbed. Really! How convenient. There is no more appropriate word to describe this store than "ghetto." Staff on their phones, dancing around, and acting like its a high school party and not a place of business. No one knows what their doing or has knowledge of their product. I left with my old phone. I have been a T-Mobile customer for more than seven years and I have never been treated like this. I will notify corporate of my experience.

I came in with a waterlogged phone and a broken knee from an outdoor accident and explained that I live in another state and just needed a replacement phone because I couldnt wait for mine to dry. Alejandra kept trying to upsell me an extra line or tablet despite my telling her several times that I didnt need anything extra. She finally gave me a phone but didnt know how to transfer data from my account and acted surprised when I asked her if I could put my old memory card in the new phone. She brought out a tablet, telling me it was free so she would go ahead and set it up. After almost 30 minutes of set-up, she announced my total for the tablet was $50 with sales tax and activation. I told her to forget it, but she waived the activation fee and I was in such a hurry to leave, I went with it. She didnt tell me I needed to input a code online to get a rebate for the tablet, and she also added insurance and data without my consent. It took me five phone calls to get the excess billing refunded. They took advantage of me knowing I had an emergency. It was extremely unethical.

Nothing but scrubs here. Have been to this store several times within a month due to them selling us "new" phones (which ended up being used broken up phones) at full retail price. Going on my 3rd iPhone 7plus in one month due to these idiots error. Not to mention there is a girl working here who, every time we come in, shes either treating other customers horrible or us. Shes made horribly rude gestures and remarks making customers upset in a sorry attempt to flame. She is clearly too lazy and incompetent to even work a simple retail job. Shes already a very ugly person to start with, her having an ugly attitude just makes her that much more ugly. To be honest. Also believe most of the employees if you will are illegals here taking their job for granted. If they are even old enough to work I mean the mentality level in that store is that of a 14 year old. They constantly act like they are on the rag and do not even want to make a phone sale. Ghetto ghetto ghetto. Just like the hood rat people that work here. Go to any other one but this one.

Unprofessional. We switched to Sprint so were told to return to closest store to turn in phone (Went to store on Plumb.) Two workers said nothing they can do; cant take back phone after you cancel service. Went in next day with the letter from Sprint telling us to bring phone in. This time management was there. In front of worker he went through the process of taking back phone and finalizing closing out our account. Little was said, no apologies, no questions regarding why we switched. Manager was fairly professional but this experience tarnished whether or not we will ever return to T Moble.

I called for help to ask for assistance. The gentleman helping me gave me the perception that I was taking too much of his time on the phone. I realize employees get busy and pleasing the public is not always easy but this Tmobile rep needs more training in how to work with customers. I do not feel like I was helped and all my questions answered. I was made to feel I was wasting the employees time. He will cost them business if his attitude remains the same.

Me and my wife had a really bad experience buying phones from this particular store. They blatantly lied to us about our monthly bill. They told us our monthly phone bill would be $122, but instead it turned out to be $172 per month instead. We have always had horrible service and customer support has been terrible.

Came in to pay my 12th monthly payment so I can get a new phone without doing a downpayment. A representative told me last month i can do it but no today they said they cant do it. False Advertising! Rude customer service. Ill take my business elsewhere. Disgusting is an understatement. 0 stars if i could put it.
