Corporate America..... I had gone in to this store looking to speak with a gentleman who had helped answer some questions regarding AT&Ts hiring process over the phone the day prior. Ironically enough, I was going to thank him... When I entered, the manager took one look at me turned and walked the other way. Not only that, I was bombarded with discomforting and high pressure sales tactics.... I was inquiring about employment...! They wanted me to buy anything and everything that they could get me to.. The funny part is the sales people, yes two of them it took for this, were already aware that I was just stopping in for a moment. They did not have much time to work with - it was the Beats By Dre Pill Speakers they wanted to slang. "If you buy 3, you get $40 off on each!" The words said by children who obviously had either a lust for making commission, or an overbearing sales quota. No thanks AT&T, Ill take my happy, hard, haul ass and do-it-right-to-please-who-walks-in-the-door work ethic somewhere else. Go with a Go-Phone plan people. Its all you need on a smart phone. They plan speaks for itself and there are no hidden fees. While youre at it - do it at Radio Shack or anywhere other than an AT&T store. Youll be sorry if you go against this recommendation. Service with AT&T is excellent. Front Line Sales People can suck ma d*ck. Cheers. HM

SCAM.... Of course its ATT why wouldnt it. Went in over a year ago. was trying to only purchase internet service. The sales person convinced me to add on a direct tv package as it would save me money in the long run to have a bundled package because it would give me unlimited internet. we agreed that i would pay $35 for internet and 45 for direct tv. This of course was not the case. the first month i was billed almost $150 for internet and a separate bill for $90 for direct tv. This amount did not include the installation cost which were supposed to be free $50 for each service. it has been over a year and I am still fighting this. DO NOT believe the sales people here. They are just trying to get you into a contract so they can charge you whatever they please and there is nothing you can do about it.

Do not have any disillusions about what these people can help you with. Once they sell you an Apple product, they will refer you to an Apple store for any problems, despite what an AT&T customer service rep in Iowa or wherever may tell you. If youre a glutton for punishment, buy more Apple products. If youre sadomasochistic, buy more Apple products AND use AT&T for your provider. That being said, one rep did go to bat for me on the phone with AT&T customer care central, but these retail stores claim to have little to no power when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction.
