Buyer beware! 14-day return policy. Must have receipt AND credit card used for purchase. So, if you receive a gift, you are out of luck, even with original receipt. company policy. And, if you have no choice but to go here, AVOID the dismissive, rude and arrogant customer service rep named kelden jordeen (sp?). Look for Juan who is courteous and helpful even while enforcing the company policy

I was not informed of the costs that I will actually be charged. Lied to about my plan items, obviously she only cares about her sale because I recieved no apology. DO NOT use this store if you want to know what your actual bill is or anyone that knows whats really happening with your plan. Avoid at all costs, there is a reason the lot is always empty.
