This place is a ghetto experience to get a ghetto phone. No other customers there but the sales guy did not have the time to deal with me because he was talking to his buddies through the whole process. I have purchased 3 phones with Metro in the past and they always add $5 or $10 dollars to the bill although the contract reads $40/month. This can only be corrected at a corporate store so they bank on you not going through all the trouble of correcting the monthly overcharge. Lately the phones are likely to not ring when you get a call but their irritating company text advertisements always get through with no trouble.

Bunch of crooks ,I had metro pcs phone line for 3 years and wanted to buy a second line and an android phone to use for uber , the google maps crashes every minute or two, tried everything and realised the problem is this ZTE phones ,I was prepared to pay the difference for a different phone but they didnt exchanged it with a different phone ,they say out sales are final !!! Ive never came across a company to sell you something useless and faulty and say our sales are final ! Avoid these shop...

First my late son had METROPCS, but couldnt always swing his phone bills every month. So my husband and I joined as a family plan along with our daughter. Then we went to T-MOBILE, right after his passing. Now, thankfully we are finally back to METROPCS again where the employees know how to transfer your #s, photos, your data, etc. when you first sign up, and always are there with a smile.
