This store has the WORST customer service!! Once you sign up with them they will have nothing to do with you to resolve issues! I was told by AT&T customer service that the store had to resolve my issues. After several visits, and several messages left, I finally reluctantly return to store. As I walk in there are 3 AT&T employees, one was manager Jasmine, just standing around talking among themselves. No wonder they don’t answer their phone! I had been leaving messages for Jasmine, who denied ever receiving my messages left with Phil and Sarah. She also lied and said she was out of town when they had told me she was busy with customers at the time and would return my call within the hour, which never happened. Once there, rather than helping me resolve my issue, Jasmine not only gave me an attitude, but stuck up for her buddy/fellow AT&T rep Fernando who lied to me earlier this year when selling me on AT&T saying that they would pay off my existing Verizon phone contract and that I could return any phone (as long as screen wasn’t cracked) to qualify for the “help you switch” program/credit. He also mislead on a few other things it turns out, but no one there seems to care, except for James who is no longer there. I certainly understand why! I signed up with AT&T the end of Jan. 2017 and am still waiting to receive this prepaid card/credit and it’s August. Jasmine said she can’t help me, directed me back to customer service who said they can’t help, who directed me to “help you switch” program who said they can’t help. Bottom line, AVOID this store at all costs, they lie to get you to sign up then deny it, and manager won’t help whatsoever! It literally is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!

Horrible customer service. Organized and run like a government agency. I just signed up with AT&T yesterday and having second thoughts knowing I have to deal with the chaos in that place. There has to be a better way to provide better customer service. All I had to do was turn in a paystub to them and I assumed all I had to do was drop it off. But no, I had to make an appointment. I was with my daughter and she was hungry so we went next door to the burger place to get a bite to eat. I got a text saying I was next in line. Now according to myself and the dictionary, next in line means your after the next person, so I assumed I was going to get a text saying, "its your turn" or something along those lines. I didnt and figured I was still waiting. I go in there and they said that they were waiting for me and gave up my turn in line. So I lost my turn and had to wait 30 more minutes and I still wasnt helped. I left with my daughter and my pay stub and made an appointment for the next day. A complete waste of time just to drop off a freaking pay stub. Now there has to be a better way to do this AT&T. What about having a customer service representative who takes care of the little things like that. The way its set up now is like having people buying a car standing in line with people getting their car serviced. It make no sense whatsoever the way theyre currently running that store. I wanted to go to a different AT&T store, but the closest one was in Northridge (where they can take care of my certain need) which is brutal. Thank you AT&T for wasting my time with my daughter tonight and making me curse you with my AT&T voodoo doll.

We made an appointment so when we arrived we were put at the head of the queue. We still had to wait 30 minutes, with 12 other people on the wait list after us. The staff worked at a snails pace, not one customer finished being served in the 45 minutes we were in the store. I watched the staff go in the back and not return to the floor, go out and return with sodas, go outside and smoke cigarettes. When a guy finally began helping my elderly neighbor whose cell battery wouldnt hold a charge, they told him his phone was still under warranty and we would have to drive to their Thousand Oaks location to get a new battery, they dont carry warranty items. I am seriously now considering changing my own cell service to Verizon next time I renew.

At first it seemed to go well, & attendant appeared very knowledgeable. After I paid for the phone, I realized that I needed to change the number and was told it could not be done, as the phone was locked into the number once it was paid for and that was final. O.K. After setting up the phone, I was told it would take maybe an hour to get into the system and start to work. It never did. I called att and requested a new number, and was given one after picking up a new SIM card at no charge, at the ATT store. Please inform customer service agents at Woodland Hills that changing numbers is possible at time of activation even after payment has been made.

Do you want to feel completly unhelp? Try to call at this AT&T Location in Woodland Hills & is the worse pleace you dont want to be. First of all, they dont asnwer that phone ( ignoring customers ) But pay attention to this !! This is irrelevant !!! gues what?? They are asking to set up an appoiment to activate a phone??? Come On? Is not a hospital. I call to a general number, & I was told there is no such a thing. The system this location is using, make very well complicate it to everyones lifes. Come On you guys !! technology is friendly !!

I would not recommend this store. The retail sales person who sold us the cable package to replace my existing time warner subscription needs training. You should know better that an extra dish is required for international channels. Do not commit to selling anything if you are not certain or atleast double check. They made the mistake but then its the customer who suffers. All the delays going back and forth to the retail store, time and gasoline wasted. After sales customer service rating in my opinion is negative.

Horrible office. Waited over an hour for a simple solution to be fixed. The rude Pauly D looking sales guy will only give you stock answers and get an attitude with you if you dont accept it. Even the Manager had to tell him to stop and listen to be but in the end, the manager picks and chooses who he wants to gives the refunds to. Absolutely HOOOOORRRRIIIBLE Customer service. I had to file a formal complaint. This store needs to be shut down!

These people are horrible! I tried calling the store and pressed the button to talk to someone, they were all "busy" helping other customers...so they just NEVER picked up...just got stuck in a phone queue pressing buttons. How the hell are they in business and DO NOT pick up the phone...a PHONE store nonetheless! Effin retards! Im ready to switch to Verizon!

If I could post a zero I would. I needed a sim card.... waited for ONE HOUR AND SEVEN MINUTES... Moved up in the cue from 6 to 5 in ONE HOUR AND SEVEN MINUTES Customers were talking to associates for over an hour... over an hour to get a phone and a plan? REALLY? The Granada Hills store is MUCH FASTER. Calling AT&T tomorrow to complain till I turn blue.
