Horrible...the manager here is not helpful at all. All the staff were busy when i came in, so one of them asked for the manager to help me. he proceeded to tell me to wait a couple minutes, then sat there and watched the football game on the tv and texted people on his phone, he even helped other people who walked in after me. He didnt even ask me what i came in for. I was there for an hour when it should only taken 10 or 15 minutes to get my old phone transferred to my new one.
