Wow I have never gotten better service anywhere! My friends phone screen cracked and I had to go with her to fix it and the guy that helped us (forgot his name) was simply amazing! We were planning on getting the screen and microphone fixed and while we were talking about that, he asked how we were doing and what we were up to and we told him we were going to go grab a bite to eat at Islands downstairs. So as we were wasting time at Islands to wait for her phone to be fixed (30 minutes), I see him from the corner of my eye and he comes up to us to tell us that if we still wanted our microphone to be fixed he would order it but it wouldnt be fixed for a couple of days. Without his exquisite communication, we wouldve expected everything to be fixed by the time we were done eating and we wouldve been disappointed finding out he only did half the job. I enjoyed the service we got here at Aristech Communications and I look forward coming back with any future phone problems.

I happened to be passing by and stopped in to see if my shattered cell phone screen could be saved. Alas, it was beyond repair but a helpful employee named JR mentioned a solution that would be financially beneficial to me and make me happy! Customer service was great, great haggle deals were offered as well as discounts on additional items that would protect my phone, and the overall experience was awesome. Its only a shame that the store is so tucked away in the back of the mall because with the great experience I had, Im sure theyd get a lot of foot traffic if it was located in a more populated part of the mall. Great store

Had my daughters phone fixed yesterday by Airtech Communications, Westfield Topanga.Talk about quick service! We arrived at 6:14 pm, our appointment was scheduled at 6:15 pm. They took a look at the cracked screen 5c and got to work. Changed the screen, added a missing home button and put on a screen protector to shield it from horrible falls...all done by 6:22pm. Amazing! I Totally recommend They are all your I phone cracked screens.By the way his place was easy to find!

It might have been just the associate I was with, but no one in their right mind gives back a deactivated phone with an invalid SIM card when they just got paid to activate it. No, factory resetting your phone doesnt cause an invalid SIM card. If that was true, every bloke that wipes their phones memory would have to pay a visit to the store to fix it. Dont even try to blame your customer.
