Had to track down a new phone for the wife as her current one unexpectedly died - fortunately, the contract was up and it was upgrade time. Maybe I got lucky, but this store (14557 Ventura Blvd.) just happened to have the model she wanted. I drove down there, waited around for a little while till the customers before me were taken care of and got the good and was on my way... The fellow I dealt with was Borislav B. and he happened to be pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous - what more can one expect from customer service. One thing thats kind of weird - the store space itself is kind of disorienting in its vast emptiness with all the display phones on the walls and a couple of tables with stools in the middle - but hey, as long as they take care of business, who cares?

Time for a positive review. Ive been a regular customer of this store for over 20 years. I have received the best customer service!! For example, I had an appointment yesterday, Sept 25- I bought two iPhone 7s; was given assistance on time and was out within 45 minutes. I was informed the phones would ship to my house within the next week. They both shipped within 24 hours. Ill have them this week. So, all in all this is a great store. I guess some people expect way too much or are way too impatient. My suggestions is simple: if you dont have the time- stay home!!

Im a visitor to the US and was shopping for for a mobile wifi dongle to avoid nasty UK roaming charges. The staff member in this store was unbelievably patient and dealt with my complicated situation very efficiently despite being constantly harassed by aggressive customers with no manners whatsoever. I felt sorry or the guy dealing with idiots like that all day, they couldnt pay me enough to endure that kind of abuse on a daily basis!

AT&T is the worst, one and a half hours to buy a phone. They were hardly busy, like three people in the store and six employees. Just the worst, separate the sales job from the technician jobs, you hire clueless people and ask them to do both. Never got my contacts transferred to my new phone, thanks your system is idiotic.

Worst customer service ever. Needed a SIM card and got some bs about a 5 minute time lock on the SIM card machine. Then got my data plan changed without my consent( to try and squeeze more $$$ out of me). Next I was hard sold on other services. Wont be a customer of art much longer. Way to go att.

Hated it. They refused to let me even see the new note 5. I was going to pay cash for the phone. I feel that it was because of the color of my skin. I will never go back to this att store. Very prejudice at this store!

Literally walked right in and was helped immediately. Noon on a Saturday. WONDERFUL service. Very friendly and helpful employees. I had no wait at all. Will be coming back again!

The store clerk lies. I called and asked when they are close. I was told 9pm. Got here at 8pm. All the doors were locked. The guy inside says they are close. Waste my time!

Not only will they not help you, they will lie to your face. I went in to do an upgrade and was told the iPhone I wanted was not in stock. Turns out they had 11.

This At&T is great, however its not at this location anymore. It moved 1 block over off of Ventura & Van Nuys blvd next Chevron Gas Station. ;)
