Terrible manager that gets very irritable and uptight if you have any problems with you phone. I just signed up as a new customer with T Mobile with a great sales rep there not sure his name but nice guy. However the manager Kody(?) is hot headed and not interested in helping Perhaps because I already bought everything through another rep so in his eyes, Im not $$ a sale potential. I just wanted to be sure they had my new billing address but he was looking at me as if I was a nuisance. He rushed me out and said, ya, ya we got it. Well, I called and reported the rudeness. I returned a few days later to make sure that he had the correct billing address that I gave him and sure enough, he didnt input the new mailing address..sure enough they didnt. He could care less about happy customers unless its a direct sale for him only. Find a new line of work if you dont like what you do but dont take it out on new and hopeful T Mobil customers. Its just bad customer service through and through.

Staff seemed nice and at the mercy of the greedy owners. I went to exchange my galaxy note 7 under the recall notice to one that doesnt potentially explode. When I got there the sales associate informed me I would have to pay a $20 upgrade fee...the only thing that exploded was my attitude. T-Mobile cs said they can, mind you T-Mobile own website says explicitly no fees including upgrade fees will be charged. Furthermore its a freaking recall....what you sell me a device that could explode and charge me to get one that doesnt? T-mobile twitter cs found me a store that wont charge me and I am waiting now with an explodey phone for it to come in. Curious how many people just paid this store $20, and curious if this is at all legal.

1000% HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE STORE MANAGER MELANIE WAS SO RUDE. AFTER THEY SCREWED UP. I SPENT 9 HOURS ON A SATURDAY IN THE STORE WITH ZERO PHONE SERVICE FOR FOUR DAYS, SHE DUMPED ME ON HER EMPLOYEE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE! SHE THOUGHT IT WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO GO FEED HER FACE AND STUFF HER BELLY WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGER THAN TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. SISKEL AND EBERT THUMBS DOWN. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE! BY PASS THIS FRANCHISE STORE. THE CORPORATE OFFICE SAID J.D. THE DISTRICT MANAGER WOULD RETURN MY CALL.... NOPE NOT YET. WEAK SAUCE! STORE AND COMPANY SUCKS! THEY COULD GIVE A RATS ASS!

Went in there for a phone I had seen on the TMOBILE website.. Should have been a pretty slick process, right? Nope. There were two people ahead of me waiting for service and the two employees were helping one guy. By helping I mean one was on the phone actually doing something and the other guy was just chatting with the customers entourage. No one greeted me when I came in, no one apologized for the wait. It was like I was invisible, as were the other two people waiting. This isnt my first lame experience here either, but its convenient and I keep giving it another try. No more.

The folks here are really nice, but theres only 2 people here at a time. I feel bad for the staff because theres no chairs for them1 I had a really good experience here. The gentleman who served me and switched me over from Sprint was a huge help and he totally took care of my number transferring, plus getting everything checked out. We also life-hacked the system a little bit and I got my OnePlus One on their network, and an iPhone 5S to have as a backup phone. It was a good experience. The only thing that detracted from it was the wait time, which was extremely long, almost an hour!

All T-Mobile stores (and Im sure every carriers store) have such long lines to speak to a salesperson. This store has good parking and is in a busy area so its that much more busy. They should really dedicate a salesperson who deals only with quick sales or simple questions that last no longer than 5 minutes while the others deal with the longer complicated sales and/or problems. Otherwise I avoid the stores and try to do everything with T-Mobile online or by phone. But, T-Mobile rocks otherwise.

The staff of this branch are so friendly and professional. They resolve problems that might come up fast and efficient. The branch manager, Plamer particularly so nice and helpful. He always deal with the customers with such great smile and good attitude. Service is Great A+++++++++++

The worst treatment ever , they dont know even what are the plans that t mobile offer on web site ... Dont go .... The only thing they said for me was "you can check the other company ". ..... T mobile has to do something or they going lose clients in this area ....

Very helpful employees. Robyn went above and beyond to help with the recall on the note 7. She made sure all the billing kinks were worked out and then we transferred all the data. Thank you to T-Mobile and their good employees

Well there is very very nice man named Steven that helped me to get a Samsung vr and a Samsung S7 I would disagree with anyone who would say this is bad this is probably the best t.mobile Ive ever been to Thank you t.mobile
