If there was a way to give these guys a zero I would.. absolute WORST SERVICE EVER.. first they told me they had reached their phone replacement limit for the mo.th, then they told me I should call myself to get a new phone, after i told them my phone was BROKEN AND I COULDNT they gave me the phone and a peice of paper w the number on it, I called there was a long wait so the recording suggested I do it online, the guy at the counter "habib" went in the back and got "Alfredo" who told me i couldnt use any of their computer tablets in store, then told me to call corporate for a new phone I asked him to do HIS JOB and handle my dilemma, he said I can order u a phone but ull have to wait five days unless you do it yourself, I said why can I get it in one day and it takes u five?? Everytime Ive been to other stores it takes one day, he asked me why I didnt go to one of those stores then... Wtf?! I said i want your name and he tried to walk away, I said it again and then he told me he could fix my phone in two hours, mean while habib is busy texting, I told him ill give him my phone and he can fix it and ill comeback in two hours, handed them a temp phoneand said i need this one in the meantime he argued with me and said he couldnt do that to which I replied , yes YOU CAN.. so he did it, I came back two hours later and waited twenty minutes for them to swap it back only to get home and find out that for whatever reason they have damaged my antenna to which point I now have NO SIGNAL ANYWHERE. Period. always roaming I cannot text or make phone calls, was this a retaliation?! This store is by far the worst I have ever been treated as a consumer and I am seriously considering cancelling my entire accr. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE

Imagine enjoying a square foot of sweet strawberry funnel cake only to find some of the powdered sugar spilled onto your brand new pair of black designer jeans. Then imagine getting up off your seat to clean yourself off. Now imagine getting back to your seat to find someone has stolen your phone with client numbers, sensitive information, and family photos. Thats the situation I found myself in before heading into this sprint store. Desperate for a new phone I rushed into the store on a cold, wet, rainy friday to weigh my options. Now, no one was in the store so I received the full attention of two (very helpful and educated) associates. Not only did they help me order a new phone, they helped me realize I needed the galaxy forever plan along with it (being the die hard Samsung junkie that I am). On top of that, in order to help me progress in my quest to gain confidence in my vanity, they suggested I invest in a selfie stick. I bought one on the spot and realized those darn sticks are connected via Bluetooth, not some hippie magic found in the glasses of your daughters hipster boyfriend. So now I have galaxy forever, my gorgeously crafted new Galaxy S7 edge, a selfie stick, and an experience worth writing about. Thank you Maria and Audrey, you two were as sweet as the powdered sugar topping on my funnel cake.

When I went to this store to buy my mother a new phone I was tricked into adding an additional line to my account by taking a free hotspot device. I already had 3 lines and unlimited data and I do not need such a device. I told the sales person that it is not something I would even use but I was told it was free and was promised it would not affect my monthly bill. Later I found out it added $45 to my bill. When I learned this it was already passed the 30 days you have to take it back. Sprint told me that if I cancelled the line I would receive an early termination fee of $200.00. I was then instructed by the representative on the phone that the manager of the store had the power to reverse everything without being charged and I needed to return to the store to talk to the manager. I did as instructed and the manager told me he will take care of it. He took my number and gave me his card. He answered my follow up call one time and told me not to worry at all he would take care of it and after that he would not return any of my phone calls. Now I am stuck with this contract for 2 years.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have never had such a bad experience at any sprint store until this time. First and forth most, I have never been so direspected in my life. The lady who helped me, Viviana, was beyond rude and impatient. I am a 51 year old woman who deserves respect, did her parents not teach her to respect her elders? Based on the customer service I got from Viviana, I did not bother to go back to the store instead , I went over to Verizon and switched my 4 lines over. Do yourself a favor AND DONT GO TO THIS SPRINT STORE. Horrible service and obnoxious associates. I do not understand how such a rude person is kept in a customer service job, she will definitely push other customers away. Her attitude should not be tolerated. On top of that, i have always had problems when calling customer service, long waits for no help. Im glad Verizon actually has caring associates. Sprint... never again.

We waited for two and a half hours for them to activate a new phone and transfer data to it. Sound simple, right? For any other group of people, yes, but the Owensmouth Sprint store is a Mecca for incompetent workers. They came out at one point and told us that for some unknown reason, the photo transfer had stalled and they had to restart, and at that point we gave up and said wed figure it out at home. We got home and it turned out that after waiting for 2.5 hours THEY HADNT EVEN ACTIVATED THE PHONE. We called and asked the woman whod helped us what to do and she told us to call customer service because it was all too confusing for her. We called back literally a minute later with an extra question and her associate lied for her and said shed clocked out 30 minutes ago. At least think up a plausible excuse next time, Audrey.

Where to begin... I switched from Verizon to Sprint in the hopes to save on my monthly bill. Little did I know I was putting myself into the biggest nightmare ever. I was completely lied to about how much data I would be getting, how much my bill would be, etc... Now I am stuck with two phones that if I knew upfront how much they were going to charge me, I wouldve ran. Stay away from this place if you want a quality experience. Nothing but lies and false promises at this store.

Terrible. Went in there and got my new iPhone 6s. The plan they told me about was about double each month more than what they told me because of surplus charges from the government and surplus charges from sprint, which they didnt say anything about. I switched from my other plan also for this same reason, my family had 4 lines on a plan and I saw the bill to up to about $600. They will scam you in anyway they can. I will be looking for a new service.
