Zero stars for me if I could. Why? Please read my below novel ;-) I am used to a hard sell when I go into places like this - cant blame a company for wanting to make money. But is it too much to ask for the pushers to be well-informed and consistent? Not naming names here, but the saleswoman (lets call her Ms. X) went from happy to surly when I announced I had brought a phone purchased 2 days ago back for a refund and replacement. The recently purchased phone could not set up a very simple Mac mail account and so, after spending 2 days on the phone w/ Verizon CS (by the way the best phone customer service I have ever used, far and above what you get from their brick&mortar stores) I came in to get a refund & buy a new phone. First of all the staff would not let me alone about ways to fix the mail problem on the phone I didnt want anymore and I eventually had to get short with them. Ms. X actually told me I had to download an app for Mac mail. If that is true, its stupid. So I wanted an iPhone to make certain I could get my Mac mail; Ms. X repeatedly tried to sell me on the 2 new models that would not be shipping for another month, ignoring my wishes to get the slightly less expensive iPhone they ACTUALLY HAD IN THE STORE. She did this so many times that I began to think she had mental problems. This was followed by a series of contradictory warnings about replacing the recently purchased phone: first it was "If you get a new phone today, you cant return it" even though I was only 2 days into Verizons 14-day full refund policy. Later she amended this to "the 14 day guarantee for this new phone is counted from 2 days ago when you bought the original phone" turning their guarantee into a 12-day policy as if by magic. Why be so hateful about the return policy? Then Ms. X spent 40 minutes trying to scan my new iPhone into the system; eventually another salesperson did it for her. During this time, Ms. X refused to let me even handle the phone, or take it out of its cute little Mac "box" that their phones come in, even after I had purchased the phone. While the phone was setting itself up via internet, she admonished me over and over again not to touch it. I have a feeling this is Verizon Store policy so they can get away with little tricks like this one: If you buy screen protectors, the sales rep will put it on the phone for you before you leave the store. Nice, right? Except that if you bring your phone & whole "bundle" set-up back for a refund, they wont refund the screen cover money because its been opened and used. Stay classy, Verizon. Word to the wise - until you are 100% sure you are happy with your new phone, tell them to leave those screen protectors the hell alone. I was happy with the financial side of it; I only paid around $60 more to trade in a cheap, crappy phone to get a lovely new iPhone - and $35 of that was the re-stocking fee. As I final insult, however, I found when I got home that my cute little lozenge-shaped iPhone box had a large red "$35 RESTOCKING FEE" sticker plastered on it that was not there when I bought the phone. It of course did not come off easily & now I have to scare up some nail-polish remover or something. If Verizon management ever reads these reviews please take this to heart folks: Verizon phone support is the best I have ever experienced; Verizon Store support is the worst. Please rectify that for your customers.

There was an assocaite there named Sean who was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude! My mother walked in the store and he was yelling at her and giving her attitude the entire time. I cant even express my frustration with Verizon! I even called their support number which didnt help at all either! I am about ready to cancel my Verizon services! DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE!

For a change, the people at this Verizon store were very friendly and helpful with setting up my new phone, even though I bought the phone online. It is a full store with all the abilities of any other Verizon store, it is NOT a little stand in the middle of the isle. To help find it in the mall, it is on the first floor near the Target.

Took my friend over. They tricked her into thinking she wasnt upgradable so told her her only option was to get a new number. Turns out they lied. Then when she returned the phone they didnt mark it as returned so now shes stuck with customer service. Worst store Ive been at.

Excellent place for getting judged. This is also a great place to lose your temper if youre an existing customer, they were really amazing at first when they wanted me to buy a phone but when j go there for support the wait is unbearable, so i quit and leave

The greeter (Marco) said he cant help me even though he is standing next to me these past 20 minutes. Solutions Manager is definitely the wrong title. Stupid process at this store. He said he cant walk away from being the greeter.

First off Luis was helpful, but when he was unable to do something his "manager" Marco was a complete jerk. Bad attitude, unwilling to assist, and just plain poor customer service skills.
