Samsung Galaxy S7 purchased 35 days ago already has battery issues. Fully charged last night, used it sparingly in the morning and by 11am the phone shut off due to battery. Took it in to this store where it was purchased. The woman there pulled off the case cover and discovered the GLASS back of the phone had a crack in it. NOT THE GLASS SCREEN. She said they wouldnt warranty it because of that damage. She inspected it and conceded there was NO impact to the phone, but they couldnt warranty the battery due to the crack in the case. I can only deduce the crack came from leaning up against something with it in my front pocket....even though it has a case cover on it and a glass protector. I have had 6 Samsung phones in the last 4 years due to the phone failing in one way or another. BTW, I have an office job and its always in a case. T-Mobile wont stand behind the product and thats unfortunate. May have to look somewhere else for my cell phone service.

I have been with t-mobile over 11 years. Purchased my Galaxy S6 at this store about 6 months ago. I have insurance and jump. I damaged my phone and needed to replace. I expected to go to this store , where I purchased phone to get assistance. They told me there was nothing they could do for me, and I needed to contact t-mobile customer service to use insurance or jump. When I complained to manager she told me this store is FRANCHISE STORE AND THEY CAN DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT !! So if you purchase phone at their store and you have a problem, and return to store good luck!

I came in to get a new sim card for my Nexus 6p. The store was empty but I was greeted by the staff as I came in. The customer service rep at the desk was very nice and was able to get my new sim in about 5 minutes.

Parking in rear is fairly small. Parking in front is metered. This is a conveniently located branch. Staff is knowledgeable, but, at times understaffed.
