Clueless and they could care less about their customers. Went in asking about pre-ordering the LG G5 two weeks ago. I was told that they didnt have an exact date for release or for pre-ordering. They did offer to take down my number and give me a call as soon as more details were available. Two days ago I read an article on CNET saying that the G5 would be launched on April 1st through most major carriers. I stopped by the store on Wednesday 3/30 to find out why I wasnt alerted. They then told me that it was a "silent launch" and that I could pre-order but wouldnt be guaranteed a phone on the 1st. I asked WTF happened to my phone call and what was the point of pre-ordering if they couldnt guarantee a device. I asked if it would make a difference if I pre-ordered through Sprints website. At this point I was told that sure, I could pre-order and they would have a phone for me after all on Friday. After paying $90.00 (tax plus $30.00 phone upgrade fee - which is ridiculous since Im eligible for an upgrade anyway) I was told to expect a phone call on Friday 4/1, once the devices arrived. I said that Id be at work and could come in after 6 and they replied by saying, "Well, we cant hold the phone, its first come, first served." Then WTF are you charging me $90.00 to preorder the device?! Allegedly there would be a shortage of devices due to the preorders that were already in the system before I signed up, now youre telling me that I could still pre-order but I must come in when I get that phone call (If I ever get a call, given their history with not following through on their phone calls). Their attitude was pretty much just a shoulder shrug and a "Take it or leave it." demeanor towards their customer. Screw this store. Ill go to Northridge next time I need anything.

I hate giving reviews because the public can be seriously difficult to deal with and idiots in general. I get that! But I have to say, this is not the best place for people to go. The reps speak like 13 year old kids. Uneducated and lack of appropriate customer service skills. (not saying 13 yr olds are dumb for you sensitive ones, I just wouldnt hire 13 year olds to run a sprint store). The reps are difficult to talk to. They are busy but they also dont seem to work very hard. People are just another number to them. I sat in the store for about 2 hours within my 3 separate visits and watched them and how they communicate. It was kind of entertaining seeing the level of rudeness and lack of care they show their customers. Im sure their hands are tied with rules and regulations, however better training could give the reps the knowledge and people skills on how to deal with people and phone issues. Pick another store...You might have to still go through the same process but the employees have to be better. Cant get worse. I would hope!

We have been Sprint customers for a long time and since we hold business account we have around 20 phones on it. I wanted to upgrade my phone today to get a new one. The only options what sales person offered was lease phone and pay $20 each month or buy it for $200 but in this case they must add $25 to the bill (still dont know why). So basically I have to take a lease because its cheaper but after 2 years you need to return phone. I called my sales representative and he said that its a bull sh... And we can order phone online for $200 and dont increase our bill. We spent 2 hours waiting for the manager because we wanted to ask WHY they make their employees make customers get a lease or theyll make them pay more. Managers response was that there many ways how to buy a phone and retail store has its own rules and regulations. And that loud music (actually two different stations at the same time)... When we finally went outside it was such a pleasure to see angry sales person face in the window.

I went there to get 3 new phones as I was due for an upgrade on my business line. I have a business account with Sprint that has been grandfathered in, and nothing comes close to that pricing. The salesman, "Justice" did everything in his power to persuade me to change my plan to a new lease plan, and when that didnt work he tried to charge me $100.00 extra for each individual phone ($300.00). He kept telling me that my plan would more expensive than his plan. I left the store and called Sprint directly and got the phones for $300.00 less. Why would the price for the actual physical store be more than online?. "I have no idea, so just beware of this scam".

Excellent experience! I upgraded my iPhone at the Encino Sprint Store today and have no complaints about the service. My appointment was at noon, and within a few minutes, I was helped by Justus, one of the customer service reps. He patiently explained the options available, and his manner was pleasant and polite. In addition, he uploaded the apps, contacts and email programs from one phone to another making the transition seamless, and I was in and out of the store within an hour.

very pleasant surprise today after having so many awful experiences at this location. The camera on my HTC 1 does not focus anymore. I did contact Sprint before going to the store and requested a note be put on the account. I do not know if that is something that made a difference in customer service or I just got lucky this time. Justus Von Wright helped my husband and me today and was very friendly and helpful. lets hope it stays that way for I have to go back for a new replacement!

Unbelievable. Truly the worst experience possible as we were given a contract and an estimate of $221 per month. We are now paying $351 every month. Staff keeps telling me they have reduced it and given me a credit. No reductions and no credit. Manager on down just want to move on and do nothing even after i provided them our initial contract and documents…They simply want to tire you out and get you off the phone and then do nothing.

Ohhh, where to begin on my woes with this place..... Overall and in a nutshell they desperately need a strong ops structure revamp to optimize their processes, which speeds up wait time, which in turn yields happy customers..... who spend more money!! Yet, time and time again I venture to this sub service shop due to its proximity to mi casa. Guess it aint all that bad after all....lol

Employees were chatting around instead of working. Waited very long to just get a diagnostic of my phone. They hard reset my phone without asking me and lost all my contacts, which I couldve done at home if I needed to. Technician was doubting himself with every question I asked. Will definitely not recommend this store and most likely will not re-up with sprint when my contract is over.

I never write reviews, but this is one of the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. There always rude. WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDING THE MANAGER. They made a mistake with putting us in an appointment and really didnt care that we took the time out of work to make it to the appointment time and said they never set that appointment time.
