All the staff is so wonderful here, Daniel helped me here today and he was incredible! My samsung 5s has not been charging properly for a while and he was able to in a matter of minutes fix whatever was wrong with my charging port internally and it is charging so much better now! The phone is about 3 years old so I also inquired about a new battery which was only 29$. I also asked him a number of other questions about my device and he was so knowledgeable courteous patient and helpful. He made what I thought was going to be a stressful process, was instead an easy and pleasant experience. Surely coming here for all of my repairs; thanks Daniel!

Just had my Nexus 5 screen fixed here. I cracked it pretty badly. I stopped by the store a bit earlier than they said they open and he was already working on someone Elses phone. I think we can get it done in time, but I dont want to rush." Cant get better than that; he took quality seriously, but was trying to accommodate me. I also mentioned that I was having some trouble with my GPS getting a lock. After the repair, that problem is gone too.

Walked in because my android was having some software issues. I was afraid that I may have had a virus but Ismail and Daniel stepped up. They quickly reassured me that my device was just slowing down because of all my background running apps and even went as far as helping my back up all my data and at no charge!!! Honest and helpful guys !!

Horrible communication, disorganized, frustrating. Their partnership with squaretrade means nothing, as I had to be the middle man for every aspect of my claim. Now that I have posted a bad review, they of course are "reaching out" and they "pride themselves on great customer service". At the time, there was no such help.

These guys are awesome, I recently broke the screen on my galaxy s4 and I called around and ubreakifix Encino had the part in stock. They were able to fix it in about an hour. They also offer a 3 month warranty incase my screen starts to act up or stops touching. There shop looks clean and professional.

Awesome shop, the crew is very friendly and have great customer service. They were able to fix my iPhone 5 in about 30 min. and they also offer a 90 day warranty in case theres a malfunction with the screen they replaced. will definitely come back.
