This is the first time Ive written a review of any store, but I was so impressed by the guys at this store, that I had to write this review. I have an iPad that ceased to charge, and the guys at the Apple Store told me that it had serious problems. They tried to sell me a new one. So I took it to this store on 3rd street and they opened it up, replaced a part, then tried to charge it. It still wouldnt charge, so they put the old part back (the charging doc) and lo and behold, it started working again. They gave it back to me today, and DIDNT CHARGE ME A DIME! Super impressed.

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that I purchased at Best Buy. I bought it 3 years ago, but it started coming apart at the hinge. It was out of warranty, so I took it back to Best Buy at the Geek Squad desk to find out how much it would cost to fix it. Their diagnosis: if they sent it out to be fixed, it would run about $300... They seriously suggested that I try not to close and open it. I took it to uBreakiFix Northridge. Their diagnosis: a screw was missing and had apparently fallen out. They replaced the screw for free and my laptop is as good as new. Many thanks!

My iPads screen ceased functioning after just over a year of use. Apple wanted nothing to do with me since I didnt have AppleCare (it would have cost $200+ to send it out -for weeks- for repair). I found ubreakifix through a google search and they were a godsend! For a much more reasonable price, they pinpointed the problem and had my iPad back in my hands fully functional as the day I bought it within 3 hours. Amazing! Now its time to see what they can do with my Samsung Galaxy SII

If you have a Iphone or Samsung Galaxy youll be fine using these guys, but do not bring an HTC to this place they do not have the ability to fix these phones as of yet. I brought mine in for a cracked glass screen, and they broke the digitizer trying to fix it. I was told upfront that this might happen, but then was given a broken phone in return. Not saying their bad guys, but just dont bring a HTC there, seek out help elsewhere for that phone.

My Nexus 4 fell off my iStablizer Bar and shattered the back. Didnt want to send it to LG in Dallas, Texas for A month. I had a flight to NYC and I didnt have much time, they got my phone looking good as new in 15 minutes! Minus The Hobbits Journey from Orange County to this place, everything was good! I will be recommending this place to everyone with shattered stuff for now own.

Cannot express how much I love this place.Got my Galaxy S4 screen fixed here a few months ago but since then, I guess some dust gathered in the front camera area. Came back here and the owner took off the screen and took out the dust. The process took FIVE minutes and he did it for free.So thankful!! LOVE THIS PLACE.

Great service, my iPhone screen was broken since my little daughter dropped it on the floor. I thought this is gonna be two weeks without a iPhone like it normally takes. But they did it in about 10 minutes. I was amazed and of course happy to get my phone back so quickly. Thanks UbreakIfix!

Tried to fix my screen and the casing at this place , I called before and that said they can do it , I made the trip to them and the answer was no we cant . This is a place that can repair or fix what everyone can do them selves....

These guys are awesome!!! I brought in my iPhone 4 after my wife dropped it in the toilet and they replaced all of the tripped water damaged indicators. I took the phone back to apple and they gave me a new phone.. Thanks!!!
