WOW! STAY AWAY from these scam artists at this store!! They lie lie lie to you to try to get your sale. I made a purchase and they refused to accept the return of the ite! THEY REFUSED TO RETURN THE ITEM. Can you believe this? They refused to return the item. They lied to me over and over. If you want to speak to a manager? HAAAA! The walk away for a minute and then come back to tell you that the manager said "no" and the manager will not come out to talk to me!! What a crock of BS! DO NOT goto this store. You will regret it if you have any problems. This has to be the worst run store with the lowest ethics I have EVER seen. STAY AWAY. You are warned --- STAY AWAY

10:32 am on my clock and somebody finally aswers after Ive pressed number 1 and number 2 on my phone for 23 minutes going in circles, only to be told that they do not sell the product Im looking for! So now I am a trying to explain to this sales person that the faulty product that I need replaced was [initially] bought at that store 3 months ago! Suffice to say, they dont have what I need and are clueless as to what Im requesting when theyre the only place I buy my phone products from, this store is annoying. But atleast I wont have to go stand in the VIP line today and wait for my name to be called LOL.

At least, now I can see the reason for the bad reviews. The employees give one the feeling that they had rather be someplace other than here. I have been with AT&T since they started selling personal phones. There appears to be a trend towards a lack of helpfulness in most of their stores.

everyone is so helpful! andrew is great! they welcome everyone as soon as they get in and even though they have to sign people in its a great organized store and all the reps are very helpful. i wouldnt go to any other store!

Did not properly cancel my service, left me with $80 of charges that shouldnt have happened. Left an account active and I was forced to deal with hours of phone calls before problem was resolved.

90% of the people who work there are lazy, pass off customers to the 10% who actually try to work. They have no clue about anything and cannot answer any questions you have, utterly useless
