Hi! I came here yesterday and had an excellent service from Elai. My situation is a bit complicated ( for me) , transferring from 2 different phone company to T-Mobile, and due to my hectic schedule, Elai managed to come up with a smart solution on transferring my accounts keeping my numbers without hassle and service interruptions. Really bad service, I tried to get a new phone because mine wasnt working well and the guy told me I had to wait for the company to send them a new one. Life thats stupid, I need a phone. So I went to a different tmobile store which was a cross the street and they helped me out A LOT BETTER. BEST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

This place has great customer service. You can go to any phone store, but great customer service is hard to find. They helped me with all of my questions. You should ask for HENRY if hes available. Hes bilingual, friendly, and extremely patient (because I had alot of questions). Also, the wait time is not long.

Great customer service and I love this place cause u dont have to wait so long except for weekends ... Thumbs for Manuel for helping us to get our new apple watch and beatspill .. Hes been helping us everytime we get a phone with them he is a nice person! :) Definitely the best TMobile in the valley!

This place has the worse customer service . You will see 3 or 4 employees on duty 2 on registers the other 2 just making it look like there busy..i have came twice to this place they tell us to wait 10 or 15 min not true there was a time me and my boyfriend waited 40 min we were so uspet we walked out.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Worst T-mobile experience Ive had within my 11+ years of being a T-mobile customer!!!!!!! Inattentive, rude, unhelpful, music blares at concert level & if they dont think your time will turn in to a commission sale, than they are not willing to acknowledge you.

Theem people that place is so frenly the guys there is very good I get 2 brand new Galaxies and service is nice I try other store close me home on North Hollywood. but service is terrible and fk guys there stolen me old phone!!!!!!! Dont trust on store from NOHO!!!!!!!!

Love this place you do have to wait a longer time (45min + ) around Friday - Sunday those days are the busiest and the customer service is good. The only bad thing is the waiting time! Will come back to get my new phone this week

The guy in customer service is horrible didnt know how to handle customer... need to train him... we been in the mobile for 5 yes first time I encounter this kind of service unacceptable. Really disappointed.

Great environment and friendly staff. Faster than in store experience. Though its a kiosk their very professional and really help out making sure you get a great experience. Highly recommend this location.
