So I went into this store today in hopes to upgrade my phone. There were 2 salespeople helping 2 customers. I understand that they were busy upon my arrival but any competent salesperson or manager would see a waiting guest and say, "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. Well be with you shortly" or something along those lines. And the store is extremely small...theres no way they didnt see me. I waited for 15 minutes and received ZERO acknowledgement. So I finally went up to the register and said, "No greeting? No, Welcome to Verizon, Ill be with you in a minute? No acknowledgement that you have a customer waiting here?" The two employees looked at me and then the one guy said "Well not now". What professional says that? No apology, just a sarcastic remark. So I complimented him with some expletives and left. Afterwards, I called Verizon Customer Service and made a complaint. Avoid this store...unless you enjoy being ignored. F-

WORST customer service ever. Visited this location on 10/15/15 because I was having problems with my phone. Was not welcomed much less acknowledged for the first 10 minutes I was in the store. When I was finally helped (only 2 people work there), I explained to the Verizon rep that my phone was not functioning in several different ways. He checked to see if I was eligible for an upgrade. Apparently I was not eligible for another 6 months and that I would just have to "DEAL WITH IT" until I could get my upgrade. I asked for a manager and he said that he was the manager and that he couldnt help me and I would have to call customer service about getting an early upgrade. He had also told me he could lower my bill in the store. When I asked him to do that, he said "Well you can just do that when you call customer service about getting an early upgrade." BAD ATTITUDE, COMPLETELY USELESS AND A WASTE OF YOUR TIME.

BUYER BEWARE. I went in as a new customer to Verizon and was helped by Houman Nosratifar and Rodir Ridas (managers of that location). I entered into a 2 year contract and got a iPhone4. The box of the iPhone was really odd and contained to manuals/headsets. I was told that was the new Apple look. A few days later, I found out by visiting the Apple store that these scam artists had actually sold me a REFURBISHED 2 year old phone (that was out of warranty). I was appalled but what made this whole ordeal worse was that stores response -- I was not offered any apologies and instead denied that their actions were fraudulent. I wasted 2 days of my time and had to deal with incredibly unprofessional people. I went to Verizons corporate store was given a BRAND new phone and the same deal. Buyer beware. I heard from the corporate store that this location was known for doing such things...

THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE! Be warned! Started out like a dream. Turned into a nightmare. Sales is all this store cares about. You and your needs are immaterial. Sold us a bum phone of three with the promise of a lower monthly bill. But I had to mail the new phones to my family (out of state). When my family got the phones the Verizon store in that city told them one phone was a downgrade and the other phone was more expensive than a new iPhone 6. We were told to mail the Beverly Hills phones back to Beverly Hills & wed get replacement phones (either from this store or the corporate store). The replacement phones never came. Now this store is trying to barter a new deal and up our bill. Rather than lower it. Mess all around. No accountability. And Verizon Corporate cant control them because this is only an authorized dealer. STAY AWAY!

TERRIBLE STORE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work in the area and had to sit and wait for the assistant manager to quit playing on her phone before she helped me. When I purchased my iPhone I was told I could purchase insurance as well for $199 in case my phone was broke, stolen, etc. with no questions asked. I was also told the deductible would be $50 (same as Sprint who was the other provider I was considering) and when I went into the store today I was told it was $150. I called to speak to the manager and was told he is gone and wont be back for a week. All in all, I was told there is nothing they can do and they are sorry. BUYERS BEWARE they will tell you whatever they can to make you purchase their services, equipment and insurance.

Saturday, February 27 2016 I went into Beverly drive. I went in and bought a new phone with Mario. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining go to use my new devices. Additionally, he was helpful in explaining my new bill and fees. He answered all my questions and I had many. Also, he offered to answer any future questions I may have. I am very grateful for Marios assistance. I will recommend friends and family members to come and see Mario. The whole team, Yolanda and manager Ross were amazing.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We returned our phone and then a couple months later got charged the full cost of it because of a "glitch" in their system. They cancelled another account for us, but three months later, we saw that we continued being charged for it. I completely agree with the other reviewers - its all about sales (and often by "mistake") and not about customer service.

I felt totally violated by the entire staff at verizon and the company in general. Read the fine print. They are like used car salesman. They give you a free tablet when its not so free after all.and I havent had my phone for more than three weeks and already Im out of data. Apparently Facebook Instagram all social apps keep running even when your not using them. Buyer beware

Fantastic job by the whole team. My wife was helped out by Steven Ross who is the manager, it was fast, and well explained. I appreciate his efforts and his teams efforts. Even though verizon is expensive, the fact they sat and transfered all her data from one iphone to the next is amazing, the big store in the beverly center wont even do that.

Manager and service is awful, this place is a scam and a fake phony Verizon store. This doesnt belong in Beverly hills. Disgraceful. They dont know what there doing and they want money. The manager armine getekian quoted said "Armenians are better than Persians" not that I am Persian but thats awful to say.

I cant tell you how terrific my experience was at this location....I had lost my phone and brought my new one in for programing.....Zaki and everyone else was amazing....I walked out knowing more that I knew walking in and they were so patient with me.....truly grateful....Thank you Verizon!

My mothers iphone was acting up, her calls were not coming in. I told her to go to this store because theyve helped me in the past, she was helped by yolanda and the new manager ross. It was simply because my mother had her do not disturb on, which they turned off. Thanks
