Truly the worst Verizon store Ive ever been to! When I went in I was told completely wrong information about my plan. I was told I didnt have lost or stolen coverage and that I would have to purchase a new phone. Completely incorrect when I called corporate to check. The store had all outdated products and undertrained employees. I returned 2 days later to take back the phone I didnt need to buy and the employee did the return wrong after I waited an hour and a half for them to figure out the new computers. Ive been emailing back and forth for weeks to get the refund processed. Truly frustrated and disappointed. Ive been with Verizon 10 years and Im planning to change providers after this experience. I highly recommend avoiding this place!

I wish I had read the reviews before going into the store. Not only is the staff completely incompetent, they are also extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been a VW customer for over 12 years and I went in to ask them about different plan options and they YELLED at me and my friend and the manager (who was not wearing a name tag or a Verizon store shirt and was sweeping??) told us he does not need to give anyone service since the store is a retailer and VW cant do anything about it. I certainly hope Verizon takes the necessary steps to close this store. Its worth it to go a mile or two in another direction to get to an actual VW store!

Nathaniel who is a store associate here is an absolute creep. Worst customer service and he needs to be FIRED. The weirdo started taking pictures of me and said he was doing it "just for fun" (I am a very young girl... he is absolutely nasty) Likewise, he is was obnoxious, rude and and should NOT be working here. To top off his perverted personality that likes to take pictures of young females, he impersonates the manager of the store!!!! Probably because the weirdo didnt want to get in trouble for his innapropriate activities

Beware of PCS. First of all, this is not a Verizon store. They’re an “authorized retailer” and that being said they can charge any “activation fee” or addition charge they want, AND WILL, lying to you the whole time that it’s a Verizon charge when it’s actually a “store charge.” And then when they get caught making up charges their mysterious “owner,” who the employees all seem very scared of, will REFUSE to refund your money. Very, very shady dealings. Go to a real Verizon store. Anywhere but here.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They are not a true Verizon store. They are a re-seller which means they sell Verizon product and service but can impose any crazy return/activation fee policy they want and trust me they will. Horrible store. Horrible staff. Shame on Verizon for allowing this to happen.

Avoid this store! We were visiting LA from San Diego over the Black Friday weekend and they told us our bill will be $148 per month for two phones. Well our bill ended up being $208 per month and the "FREE" galaxy tablet wasnt really free since we are paying $25 per month
