I have read so many positive reviews about this place but sad to say my experience was horrible. My cellphone had the charge port break so I contacted them and bough my phone in a week ago. I was quoted what seemed like a fair price and told to call back the next day to make sure it was fixed. The next day I called back and was told my phone was unfixable and that I could pick it up anytime including Saturday so I could avoid the heavy traffic. I arrived on Saturday to find the store closed. I called on Sunday and they informed me they were closed for a holiday (which 99% of stores in America dont close for) they also told me that my phone was fixable. So after already paying an expensive early upgrade fee to get a new phone now my old phone is fixable. I decided to have them fix it anyhow as a back up and they offered to transfer the contacts for free (hence the 2 stars). Tonight I had to wait 20 minutes for them to transfer my contacts. There explanation was the machine was busy even though they were fully aware what time I would be there. It also seemed to me like Peter is the only person who knows whats going on because everyone else seems unable to make a decision on their own without this guy. During my 20 minutes there everyone seemed to have to talk to him and the 4 other workers kept deferring to him. My suggestion. Avoid (parking is rough anyhow) but if you must just contact Peter because the others I spoke with were misleading and useless.

I brought my phone here earlier this year to have the screen replaced after I completely shattered it. They replaced it within an hour for $120. From then until now i noticed that my new screen was beginning to come off so i called and told them about it, and they told me that they would glue it down for $35. I said ok, and after 20 minutes i got my phone back and i noticed a discoloration on the top right. After asking them about it they told me that it happened because they pulled off the screen and something happened with the LCD display or something. i dont know. the point is i came in without a discoloration and left with one, and its because of their cheap methods. They told me i could replace it for $60 to remove the discoloration. They did not warn me beforehand that this was a possibility. This store is not an authorized Apple dealer, they do things on the cheap. Take my advice, and go to an authorized dealer or the Apple store. It may cost a little more but its worth it, trust me.

Cant say much about the cust. service but what I do know is that I brought in my HTC touch pro to see if they could fix the keyboard... they called my with a price quote that was just too high to justify paying (as opposed to just buying a new phone), but when I got the phone back 2 days later it completely died. Not sure what they did inside there... but the tech. mentioned thinking there was something wrong with the logic board which is in a completely different area inside the phone than the keyboard. Only after I explained where the broken cable was located (something I had previously googled!!) did they find it and give me a quote. Not sure if they are bad all around (sounds like they can handle blackberrys) but I would never EVER let them open up another HTC phone of mine. Also, Im not a xenophobe but most people there had a way hard time understanding, or passing on, almost anything I was saying. Sometimes good english is just a necessity.

There is no point to go to Dial Net. They should be cheaper place to get you phone repaired since they are a third party retailer. I called and asked how much a repair for a cracked iPhone was, and he quoted me 109 PLUS tax. Apple charges 109 flat rate, and its CERTIFIED by Apple themselves. so why would I go to Dial Net if they are not giving me a better deal than Apple is? I use to come here ALL THE TIME to get my iPads, iPods, labtops, etc, repaired and have referred countless amounts of friends to their business. Their prices have gone way up and its not even worth t any longer. :( its really unfortunate.

So I broke my iPhone 6 and needed it fixed ASAP. I went to the Apple store and they wanted me to leave my phone for 3 hours. I cant be without my phone for that long! I actually got referred to Peter at Dialnet by my Verizon store guy who said that this is the best spot to get your iPhone repair in LA. So I went looking for Peter (who was off that day) but was actually helped by Shawn (very helpful). To make a long story short he replaced my screen in under 30 minutes and I was once again happy and on my way. Highly recommend :)

I went last week to replace a broken screen to my I-Phone 6 and they charge me $120 tax included, next week the screen start cracking , i went back and they refuse to change again because it doesnt cover the guarantee, obviously the screen quality that they use is cheap, but they didnt take responsibility. dont go cheap on your device like me, you better go to the apple store and get original quality parts for your device and you will spend pretty much the same in apple store, dont waste your time and money,

Josh my friend told me about this repair shop, so I thought I check it out. Took my iphone in because it was running a little slow and the battery kept dying about an hour into using it. They looked at it, run a few tests. Told me he can clear it up in a few days and change my battery for a reasonable price. Also gave me a few tips about not charging it over night or after the battery is full because it can damage the life of the battery

Id give these people a zero rating if I could. They have a shill at the ATT store that will tell you that your phone cannot be unlocked, and direct you to this scam. There you will be charged 80 dollars for something you can do yourself for free. If you ask for the money back, theyll claim that they used the money already on "fees." My phone was never unlocked by these people, and they did NOT return my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great job on rescuing me from having a broken phone I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus at the gym directly on the power off and on button dented it so bad I couldnt turn my phone on or off. They totally fixed it for under $200 and Apple wanted close to 400 just to fix the same problem. They also hooked me up with a great case and protective glass thank you guys you are always my go to when I screw up my phone five stars all the way
