Like any other mobile store, they are usually pretty busy and I guess because this isnt a large location, they dont have many people working. The wait can be pretty long, even during the week. Ive tried on many occasions to have a question answered or talk to them about my phone that isnt working and after 20 or 30 minutes of waiting, Ive walked out and called customer service instead. When they do help, they are somewhat knowledgeable. I get that they have some canned responses to things, but I feel like they should be fluent in every operating system they sell and thats not the case. Ive been much more knowledgeable and end up getting frustrated by their lack of help.

Employees at this location used to be much nicer and more helpful then now. Walked in to pre-order a new smart phone and the guy seemed to be very busy helping me choose between a Samsung and LG smart phone that he wouldnt even look at me, also found out that the guy lied to me when he said its not possible to get the ongoing promotion if i purchase the phone in-store, has to be only online. Turns out i can redeem my promotion gift online with the store receipt. Very disappointed!

rude workers. if u see a guy with the name jorge dont go to him. he is disrespectful. poor customer service. when i went there for a phone change the guy i mentioned called me to come over, i went and i gave the info. he said i had no insurance and i wasnt paying the monthly fees. dont go here. go to guy with the name Edis. he is chill. youll like him more

Great customer service from Jose and Bernie! They were both super knowledgeable and helped me get in and out with my new Samsung Gear S3 purchase! The store is huge and they seem to have plenty of inventory on the newest tech!

Staff is not terribly and friendly not terribly knowledgeable. I spend a lot of money on T Mobile and I think I can expect a better service than this. The mobile needs to step up and especially this store!
