Everything from the hole in the wall design to the piss poor service its taken them a week to replace a broken disc drive.They say they fix consoles but they dont have anything as cheap as a blu-ray disc drive laying around they said because its expensive which is a joke because that technology has been out for over a decade which is why i thought it was a joke. Also want to add they charged 150$ for a 20$ disc drive and 20 minutes of labor . There are tons better choices like geeksquad and caligames not to mention the turn around rate is same day. Save yourselfs time and money and do it yourself via youtube video or the stores above mentioned. Your wecome for saving you from a headache and a gamers nightmare come true. Passing day 7 and still no console. Funny i called but the manager who called me back said he has never seen this post even though this is the hawthorne store locations page and my ps4 still hasnt been fixed. But good news the guy pretending to be the owner said it the part finally arrived a year later so they will finally be able to fix it today and have it tomorrow. Again this establishment proved to be a joke and time wasting. Also wanted to mention the number you gave me is unreachable do you have a working number?

I brought my Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition in for a diagnosis after I had dropped it and screen the stopped working. The young lady at the front was nice, but needed to ask her manager about what they could do. I could hear the "manager" telling her to tell me that it would be too expensive to repair and that I should just replace it. She came back and repeated what she was told. So to clarify I asked if, "somehow he was able to diagnose the problem by touching it and looking at it even though there was no physical damage?" I was told, "yes it would cost over $300 to replace the motherboard." Long story only slightly shorter, I went home and within an hour had diagnosed the issue and repaired it a myself thanks to youtube and a butter knife. It turns out when I dropped the tablet the video cable connection to the motherboard became loosened. Sure, I could have researched and repaired it myself from the beginning. The point here is that I preferred to have it professionally repaired and gave uBreakiFix a shot at. They failed. I won’t be making that mistake again.

Great customer service. They greet you when you walk in, and let you tell your tale. Im sure they can just grab your phone and figure it out, but over the course of the 20 min I was there. They let every client tell their long winded story that ends with, and then I dropped my phone.. Including me. the price to fix my LED (not my screen) was way better than the price of a deductible on my insurance. So I chilled for 20 min then they handed me back my like new IPhone... I got a discount since I am with Verizon. Highly recommend this location.

After dealing with the worthless insurance policy my cellular provider sold me, I decided to take my Galaxy S4 here based on other reviews. The guys were really awesome: had my phone fixed within 20 minutes and I was on the road again. They didnt do a "one-size-fits-all" fix either, they actually went through and troubleshot all the connections before changing any parts. Fast, honest, thorough and friendly. Id feel comfortable recommending this place to family.That is great.

I went to this place with my phone that had a black screen after being dropped. It was a Samsung galaxy j7 and just to replace the screen they wanted more than $225. Thats worth more than the phone itself. I self diagnosed my phone by watching YouTube videos. The little wire that displays things on the screen became loose and I needed to replace the screen (as told by T-Mobile and BestBuy) Its way to expensive. Just trying to take advantage of us.

HORRIBLE manager Aveil. He voided my warranty for a lil abstract on my screen when obviously it was a functionality problem. I am no tech but I never dropped my phone and the screen went blank after a call. Needless to say I am going to peruse this further. Aviel is overweight and seemed intoxicated when I spoke to him in the store.

The store was clean, attractive and in a good location with parking The staff was friendly, efficient, honest and capable. My ipad screen came back better than I expected within two hours! The cost was reasonable for the service and the customer service was beyond reproach.

Good place to get an iPhone screen fixed! Dropped off my iPhone 6 with a completely shattered screen. Tech told me it would be fixed in 30 mins and it was. Working well since then. Quick and easy.
