The service rep AND manager both made untrue statements repeatedly about the contract terms (since I did not believe them and asked multiple times). They also told me untrue statements about my previous service provider. Lies or just untruths? Well, when I confronted them, neither seemed to care, and the service rep said that she WOULD CONTINUE TO TELL OTHERS WHAT SHE TOLD ME! Despite my evidence proving her wrong. Also, the service rep claimed she had 3 years experience so "I didnt know the Telecom Act had that rule" is pretty much a bad excuse for making more wrong statements than right statements. Of course, every untruth tended to increase their profit. I canceled within the grace period, and moved everything to a competitor. On a trip back to the store to return gear, I did meet a great customer rep. However, that person was not the manager, and will probably be driven off by the poor performance of the other employees. I think this is why some people have good things to say about that store.

There was no customers in the store. Its hard to find the location. After doing my research and speaking to T-mobile sales on the phone. I knew how my experience should go but instead T-mobile will not get my service or money thanks to the horrible experience I had with Brittney Kemp. I can tell she was trying to make sales by charging me for things that I know I shouldnt have had to pay and I heard how she dealt with other customers. She was sending customers to the T-mobile location in the mall but wasnt clear on the directory of that location. Also, they didnt have anything in stock I.e. SIM cards or phones. Once I realized Brittney thought she was going to make commission off me and take advantage I left and refuse to ever give T-mobile my money. Worst experience ever

If you go to this location, speak with Westley. Hes the best & most helpful person working at this location. He took care of my problems with my new phones (bought a few phones and recd 2 with problems), where as the manager (Daniel?) didnt know much and was kind of a jerk. I wont deal with anyone else but Westley at this store.

Im sorry i dont like this place, this monday i was for 6 hour waiting for help to replace my phone and they dont help in anything, I myself had to make the transfer from one phone to the other that because according to them they could not have no extra accessories for their work. POOR PLACE!!!

Rude!! Unhelpfull staff. I will never go back. This was the worst store I have been to. If you go and see the store empty you will know why!!! The all work like salesmen to sell sell sell but when you go back for a question they dont want and part of it.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

What a terrible store. Very condecending staffs and the price is very steep. T-mobile HQ might as well close this branch down. They are definitely ruining T-Mobiles reputation in this neighborhood.
