This is THE shop to go to in Torrance and is always packed. Idk HOW one guy so graceously handles so many customers but if you have a phone issue, Terry will address it. Fair prices and while you wait he will fix your phone quick, depending on the issue but I am a tech savvy dude and I still go to him because he knows EVERYTHING about phones and can fix any problems right away, walk-in! I wont go anywhere else, at least yet and its been three years now lol. He will give you a good deal on buying a used phone or other electronics too if you talk him down he will work with you a bit on price too! Highly reccomend and I have NO idea how he gets SOO much business with no sign even outside, must be all word of mouth...I wish I knew how to handle so many customers by myself and keep them all happy!

Awsome! Awsome! Awsome! superior service and great price. I went to a T-Mobile store in North Torrance and they also recommended that I go see this gentleman here one time. Interestingly, I already had been here prior to that for my cracked phone which was repaired within 40 minutes at that time. I literally dropped off the phone there and went to have lunch and it was already done before I finished my lunch. Awsome!!! Phones must be one of our major stresses if not working properly nowadays and he is there for us. ;)

I have known terry for 3 years and he has fixed my issues every time and for my family and friends . he is awesome and Im always getting good feedback from him.im sure that there is no better than terry.i dunno how he does it but he is really Awesome and his repair prices are Amazing and cheap.i am always happy walking out the door and people are always happy even if they are waiting hours for the repair and always leave with a smile .

Great experience!!! I found MetroPCS Authorized Dealer, and went for it. I was not disappointed. Had a severely cracked iphone screen. Made an appointment online, and all went smoothly. The only issue I had was the person just before me showed up late, so my appointment was bumped by 15 minutes - be on time people!!!

Ive always been more then happy when doing business with Terry, hes honest and does a great job. He is my tech support when it comes to my phones and hes fixed my iPhone at least 5 times from me dropping and shattering my phone over the weekend. Terry is great! 5 stars

Terry replaced the screen on my Galaxy S6 for $220. He even gave me a free phone case. Oh wait, he gave me the case because he cracked the rear glass on my phone, didnt tell me, and tried to cover it up. Liar. Not going back.
