I served tables from everything to Friendlys, and TGI Fridays, All the way down the pike to four-star restaurants in formidable locations which, but are not limited to; South Beach Miami, Beverly Hills, Malibu. With these experiences, alongside of a degree in psychology… I have wild things I never imagined possible. Through my interaction with every demographic ranking for Norrix up for French to Haitian Palmas over to completely "Sh*-cocked" I have mastered skills people and high-level positions and Fortune 500 companies, all the way up to the CA dream to have. I can read people like a book the second I need them. So why the long caveat prior to my rating of the store and review? Because I like writing reviews? Because I cant wait to get home again the day, grab a glass of wine sot down on my favorite easy chair, and write all over the Internet? Do I vindicate the places I dislike to make myself feel better about my pathetic life? I apologize, for that is infact 10000% not the reason. Last Saturday I ran into the store in a frantic mess. I desperately need a quick fix to my phone that has broken minutes before. Why? Because I have a hot date? Because I dont my girlfriend to get mad at me for not answering her calls? No, because from my job… I need to use the Internet at all times in order to make money. So, yarn store for Jonah South spoken with the Slickback black hair direct me to his quote sheet section" in which he showed me a quote USED ALCATEL ONETOUCH... I asked him how much, he replies "a, for you… 70 bucks." Hesitantly and at the same time impulsively, I agreed to grabbing the phone thinking after I got my other phone fixed (when I can afford to) I would Sell it in the Internet and make the majority of my money back. . Not 20 hours later, I be wanted direct me back to the store. The phone was on Natalie the biggest piece of s**t Ive ever tried to use to do anything on the 10th to web use.. I asked him if you would buy back for me for two thirds of what I paid for knowing you wouldve gotten a great deal out of the situation, I need to somebody else off of it. He said "I dont to refund." So he said "coming on Monday Ill get you an iPhone for two for deal." I thought that was kind of nice of him to offer. So I decided to go home and saw the phone on my own. That night, I went on the Internet just getting a base price idea of a phone used so that I can set my price at the market non-people got what up because there is no name attached to it, and also they got a month free of a phone use. Thats when he think I pissed off. Absolute most expensive brand-new version of this phone online same exact model number the absence expensive one was $17.99. The absolute cheapest one for $7.99. I was completely ripped off and I was pissed. So, I went back on the store three times, every time it was closed until today 14 November exactly one week and three days after the purchase. I ask John for my money back explain to him the whole situation that happening on the Internet and he said no refunds I only $20 off the phone and you have a bunch of Jargonelle actually was not sure I have a recorder voice annoys wasnt it I will send you the wave coffee I also have pictures of the phone and proof of what Im saying. He knew based on our conversation the week before that I desperately needed a phone, -d I was having financial difficulties and desperately need it the cheapest phone possible. So, he did with any of Price standing businessman what do K potential customer, he up charged me about 900% and completly ripped me off. This is not a good business person. Hesa weasel, dont make the same mistake I did. Stay away, spend your hard earned money somewhere else thats worth it. Or at least a please where people treat people like people.

So, I dropped my Nexus 4 and cracked the screen on Tuesday. I was recommended to these guys by the T-mobile store across the street. I went in and talked to the young man up front he asked me to wait a sec, went to the doorway of the back office and talked to someone who told him "20". he then walked to the other office area, and searched parts i assume, came back and told me $170. So I go in today and tell them the same thing, this time they tell me $200. When I asked why he told me "they probably had an order coming already" But yet if one where to order from amazon right now form $150 with free shipping.... It left a really bad taste in my mouth that they tried to get an extra $30 out of me. Would not recommend this place!

The store has a no return policy! I purchased an expensive phone that came with MetroPCS service. The phone may have been fine but I could not make calls when I was in Orange County or San Diego County. I had got a bluetooth to use and when traffic was slow I tried to dial out when in the center of OC. I also stopped at a rest stop near the border of San Diego County. No luck. Not in San Diego, either. This caused so much inconvenience I was ready to smash the darn phone to bits. I didnt though and decided Id return it, not knowing they have this policy. The manufacturer fortunately does...but what poor customer service.

Great service. But I have to say every time I go there its only 4 screen protector installation so the owner is legitimately pissed off at me every time because I know was a pain in the neck screen protector installation can be so thats why I always go for professional work which he does provide so I promised them the next time hes gonna see me is going to be for getting a new service. But all in all the service is great you cant expect much attention when they get super busy come on. were only human. But I definitely recommend this place to someone whos looking for a one stop shop Wireless store.

I did an LCD replacement on Blackberry 9700. It took almost two weeks for them to get my part (which I wasnt happy about); but once the part arrived, the repair was flawless. They lost my 2Gb MicroSD card; but once I called and inquired about it, they sent me a replacement card in the mail in no time. Though it was a rocky experience, overall I was pleased with the job well done and the way they handled my requests.

If you have low self esteem and need somebody to yell at you --strongly recommend to call this place. Needed to buy Iphone 5 and Iphone 4 chargers for my kids phones. Called to ask if they sell them and the prices- the guy yelled that I shouldnt call his store and ask prices. Sure, no problem!!! Great business model -- buddy.
