A year ago my son gave me a Galaxy 4 branded Verizon. Last week my flip-phone died. I contacted Verizon by phone. They turned on the Galaxy 4. The voice mail didnt work. I went over to Verizon Chatsworth. Walked in. Showed him the phone and explained the problem. He took the phone and started to take the protective case off it. "What are you doing?" "Im going to take out the battery and see if its good." "The phone works. The voice mail doesnt. Put it back together. Now!" He reassembled the case. He tried to use the Voice Mail app. It didnt work. "Somethings wrong with your phone. Ive never seen that error message before." He tried to sell me a new Galaxy 5. He told me that I need a plan upgrade. He finally said, "We dont work on old phones." "Why is Verizon advertising them?" "Thats the company store." "Wheres the company store for this area?" "Porter Ranch." He didnt know their exact location. (South-East corner) It took the tech at the company store about a minute to set up the voice mail.

Went to Verizon Wireless in Chatsworth but because they werent a corporate office referred me to the Verizon Wireless in the Northridge Mall. My problem was my phone was hacked and I couldnt get Twitter. After talking to the employees and not getting help, I escalated to the "manager" of the store. Long story short his "help" was telling me, "You have to call Twitter about getting on. Verizon has nothing to do with Twitter" and demanded I leave the store (which I did). Summary: Verizon in the mall did not do their job. One of my problems was not getting Twitter but THE PROBLEM was my phone was hacked which is Verizons problem. There was no one else in the store and yet all employees including the managers solution was "call Twitter". I am not blaming Verizon I am blaming the employees especially the manager for being too lazy to look into my hacked phone or they are not incompetent. In either case this was my experience at Verizon Wireless in the Northridge Mall.

They didnt keep their promise. I came into this store to buy a screen protector for my phone. They didnt have one but they promised they would order one and give me a call that same day to let me know when it will come in. I didnt hear back from them at all. If an employee makes a promise, they are representing the store and they should follow through with it.

HE HELPED ME PLACE AN ORDER FOR MY PHONE, WHEN IT ARRIVED HE PERSONALLY HELPED ME GET IT ACTIVATE IT AND TOOK HIS TIME HELPING ME OUT, MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL ON THE SCREEN PROTECTOR AS WELL. VERY NICE GUY, IF YOU GO THERE DEFINITELY ASK FOR HIM.! THANK YOU DAVID.! ☺️

Run away from this place as fast as you can. In my opinion they are on par with scam artists. Asked to speak to a manager regarding a phone we were over charged for and was told I couldnt then promptly asked to leave the store. Very embarrassing seeing these guys in action. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Verizon corporate has filed complaints against them.

Not much Choice of new CELL phones to Choice from and no refurbished CELL phones or lower cost ones at all. The staff was not much help with Information about the different CELL phones except for what was printed on the Information Card of each model.

Dont get the cheap screen protector and worthless cell phone cell because of the coupon. I had to return the screen protector on the next day and case skin after two weeks start pealing off.
