Bad customer service. Mgr Melanie and Andre are giving wrong information to the customers. Definitely not coming back to this store. Att need to educate their staff so they will not misinform the customers! Called and left a message but no one get back to you. You have to call them back and complain before they will take care of you. You cant find a good customer service from this store at all.

Andre is the man. Walked in. Greeting immediately. Maybe one other customer there. Told Andre I wanted to upgrade my Galaxy S5 to S6. Told Andre I wanted a clear case so I can see this beauty and he found one quick, suggested a glass screen protector and I agreed and within 15-20 min I was all ready to go. Thanks Andre. Quick friendly service.
