We had a film shoot in the area and needed a recently dropped iphone screen fixed. My gf found a Groupon that says $100 valued repair of an iPhone 6s for $60. When we got there it was your typical bait and switch, the counter girl honored the deal but all of a sudden the owner (who didnt speak English very well) came out basically yelling that the Groupon deal is not valid because its a iPhone 6s Plus (or something like that, he wasnt easy to understand). He tried to bully my gf into now paying another $60 on top of the $60 already paid because an iPhone 6s Plus is really $120. So your deal is $100 for $60 right? So $120 would equate to $80 no? Well he didnt want to hear it so we demanded a refund and left with a barely ledgable refund note. This guy and his business are a joke. Good luck bullying people into paying more for the horrible service because " it is more expensive tools" lol what a mess.

I went and got my phone fixed with my sister, so when we went back after 25 mins like they told us too we had to wait another 20, and after that 20 mins my sister got her phone, but I didnt get mine. So he gave me a loaner phone and told me he will call me when it is done. Keep in mind this was at 3 pm and he said it will be done the same day, I called after 2 hours and he said his man is working on and they needed a part, so thats why its taking so long. 3 hours later I show up to the place and they are closed!!!! They closed with my phone after telling me they will be done within an hour!!! He had my number and could have called me and told me they were closing an hour early. If I knew I would have to wait 1 day I would have never gone here, I am most definitely getting my money back, and never going back. I recommend you dont go to.

Bunch of thieves... They sell you the cheapest and worst products in the market. I changed my cellphone screen three times last 6 months and paid $75 each time. And they dont take any responsibilities ...They are super rude and when I nicely asking for their names they hung up on me. They have very heavy accents maybe Israelis I dont understand them they dont know how to communicate with people but they surely know how to be rude. Nelson is supper rude. And Micheal is the other rude one. Im not even sure they are giving you their real names... Do not go there save your time and your pocket...

Be careful. You get what you pay for. Went for a battery change on my iphone6+ and realized he either didnt change the battery or put another bad one in. I was I was able to tell because I have two battery test aps that told me that the battery was bad. I went back and asked him to double check and change the battery. The new one came out just fine. However, once I got home I noticed that the battery was loose, I went back and had them glue the battery back on. If youre going to go with a low-cost provider, triple check the quality.

I live right around the corner from this "phone spa" and called and politely asked if they had any iPhone 5s batteries because mine was bad... I was told they do have them and it was 50 dollars to do the swap.... I informed the lady that I was doing the repair because the phone also needed a screen replacement and I had a donor phone I was using for parts and just needed a battery. I was told that they dont sell just spare batteries...??? Thanks for helping out a local just trying to get his phone back up and running....

Super FAST service!!!!! I think it was less than 5 min. I couldnt be happier. Absolutely in LOVE with my phone screen. I have an iPhone 6 Plus. My phone screen was in terrible shape. Kept the screen together with large pieces of clear packing tape for quite a while. My best friend lives in Texas and she found this place and sent a gift to me me via Groupon to fix my screen...and its like new!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Phone Spa, you DEFINITELY blessed a grateful young lady today.❤️

The will scam you by using terrible quality refurbished Lcd assemblies. I went there to change the screen and LED paying $160 for my iphone 6s and after a week the screen turned black and white and froze. It states in the warranty this should be covered but they argued I must have done something to the phone even though it did not show sign of being dropped. I had to pay extra $100 to have it fixed. I was disappointed because what is the warranty for then? Avoid this place at all cost.

The Phone Spa is a great store with many pretty cases, Nelson fixed my phone it was actually never was broken only the screen protector was cracked. Its hard to find honest people like Nelson. He replaced only the screen protector, I know if I wouldve gone somewhere else they wouldve quoted me $110 and thats something I fear. I will totally come back and also tell my friends how great my experience was.

With The Phone Spa, my iPhone was in safe hands. After cracking the screen from one drop on my first iPhone 6, I looked to The Phone Spa to see if we could prevent that happening with my second iPhone. Thankfully, they truly sell great protection for iPhones. Ive dropped my phone almost three times (accidentally, of course) and my screen still is intact! Definitely suggest checking this place out.

Do Not Go Here! They broke the LCD in my iphone 6 and they refuse to fix it for me without charging me. My phone was usable before bringing it here. I just needed new glass. They fixed my glass but broke the LCD and rendered my phone entirely useless. Now they are insisting that I pay them to replace the LCD. It seems cheap, but dont be tempted. Ive never experienced worse customer service.

These guys are theives. Beware. They over charge for accesories and are smart in reading thecustomers mind. Stay away the owner is uncouth and rude. The worst experience ever. Most i phones they sell are used. Even the new phones are used or refurbished. They have another shop near auto gallery they just bought it. Stay away if you want to value your hard earned money.

The Phone Spa is literally my saving grace. They have done the impossible and repaired my iPhone. For some reason, my iPhone would turn on-off at random, but after I turned it in to the fine people here, they were able to fix it and charge me reasonably too. Theyre going to be my go-to people if I damage my iPhone again. Highly recommend!

My volume buttons were jammed but he ended up fixing my home button too!) thank you!!!

Was able to get my iPhone repaired at such a great price with the fine folks at The Phone Spa. They were great in being transparent with me about what was broken, how long it would take to fix it, and the cost. I know where Im going from now on if I ever have issues with my phone.
