Over the past three months I have spent thousands of dollars with Tribe including the purchase of a new Cervelo P3. Last week I purchased a hydration pack valued at $150 dollars. I never used the pack. All tags are attached and the plastic seal that covers the mouth-piece has not been broken. When I attempted to return my purchase today the store refused to accept my return blaming me for losing my receipt (its the stores policy that all returns should be accompanied by a receipt). The clerk who sold me the hydration pack recognized me and remembered the purchase - the purchase was also verified in their system. Shame on you Tribe Multisport for your complete lack of customer service. While you win based on a technicality youve lost with a member of your community. There are times when its fair and appropriate to set policy aside and do the right thing. I will never shop at Tribe again.

Tribe Multisport in my humble opinion deserves more than 5 stars... Flash back to October, I had a race in San Diego and needed to get a wetsuit for the race. I had been sick during that week and work was just crazy so I just never made it in to Tribe to pick up a wet suit. I seriously thought I was out of luck.... But nope, that wasnt the case. they opened the store early for me that morning I left. Like how awesome is that? Walking into their store that morning, I was In shock with how awesome the place was... I was like a kid in a candy store. They literally have EVERYTHING! I could easily spend my annual salary there in 2.5 seconds. So if your a triathlete, wanna be a triathlete, are a road warrior, a runner, are the poor family member of any of the above, this is your store!

I went to over ten bike stores looking for the right bike (Cannondale badboy)...well only 1 store had the bike I wanted but the frame was to small and they tried to sell it to me anyways.and for more money than tribe.So I was bummed that I could not find the bike I wanted.then I went to the post office and saw their store...(old location)went in did not see any cannondale bikes long story short they order the bike strait from cannondale it was cheaper than any other store by 100 bucks or more it only took a week till they had my bike. Now this is one of the best parts when I went to go pick up my bike the spent 45min-to an hour professionally fitting my new bike to my body!!!Also all the employees are very knowledgeable ....

I hunted around a long time for a bike, and was very impressed with the friendly service and reasonable prices at Tribe. So I bought a fantastic bike at a great price, and since then, Ive also been very pleased with the bike maintenance they offer. The employees are experienced cyclists and triathletes who know their products well and will help you find just what youre looking for, from entry to pro levels. Tribe also hosts a run and several rides weekly (see the website for details). I definitely recommend checking out their amazing new shop!

I have been to a number of shops here in the Phoenix Metro area and with out a doubt this is the best shop out there. Friendly, knowledgeable, great Mechanics that are helpful and make you feel you and your bike are important. Products they offer are best quality and open 7 days a week. I would highly recommend going there for any of your cycling needs.

I rode my bike in with a broken seat stand. The store did not stock the part, so they told me who might stock it, however, after they performed some minor maintenance for free, I ordered the part from them. On another visit, I bought incredible canvas saddle bags for my bike. They have an eye for great quality!

These guys are great and really helped me with my training and bike needs. They support tons of races every year, but never scoff at the novice. Ive been to a lot of bike shops, but Tribe is so much more than that. It starts at the top, and Kevin (owner) is a real stand up guy.

Several weeks ago I took a thursday night ride, my first. Did not find group friendly. I was at rear, caught red light on Indian school , no one waited. Crashed trying to catch up, bike damaged, injured, no one to help. Made way back on own. Would not recommend .

Family vibe, very knowledgeable and helpful. I got my bike tuned here and I couldnt be happier. Its the best local spot for me and I have been to almost all the local shops. My bike feels better than when it was setup at the factory store..
