Hands down the best place I could have done business with. Very professional and some of the employees even have team sponsorships. I visited several bike shops around the valley and was basically given a "Which do you like better? A or B"? William not only educated me with the options I should be looking for at a beginning and intermediate level, but went out of his way to find me a great deal on what I wanted in a warehouse in Philadelphia, not just what he had available in his store. When I made the purchase they upgraded my tires at no cost, gave me a back to school special (included a lock and a light), had my bike delivered and ready 5 days earlier than expected, and helped me pull a prank on my wife when I picked it up. =) Wife didnt think it was funny I was buying a $10,000 bike... haha. I have a great coverage through this shop and wont hesitate to go back for upgrade and service! If youre looking for a solid, professional, friendly bike shop with lowest prices, then go here.

I had an awesome experience at the shop in Tempe. Worked with Will for over an hour as he got me set up on everything I needed. No over-sales tactics like the other two shops in the area - he made many recommendations based on my needs and I chose exactly what I wanted, making an informed decision. I was not rushed and felt like was I was given all the attention I needed for a total sale under $500. Before I left, the bike went to the shop for all the gear I purchased to be installed. They asked if I wanted to wait there or grab some coffee and come back in 1/2 hour. I chose to stay, and even more important for me, was allowed to stand at the workstand while the mechanic Dave walked me through my new bike purchase and how to use all my new goodies. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back for all my future purchases and repairs, and I would recommend anyone to give these guy a chance to earn your business.

Im shocked this store has such good ratings. I had an awful experience. The workers were nice, but incredibly ineffective. I brought in my bike to get the tire fixed and get the brakes fixed (one doesnt work at all). The tire was fixed just fine, but Im pretty positive they did nothing to fix my brakes (if they did try to fix it, they are just awful at their jobs, because the brakes I told them to fix still doesnt work at all). On top of that, they charged me for $10 extra that I didnt notice until later (I was in a rush to get to class, so I didnt have time to check). So, thats $15 I was charged for absolutely nothing (brake fix $5). Its a convenient location, but they were so awful and such a rip-off that I will be going anywhere else to get service, no matter how out-of-the-way it is.

I recently went to this location looking for a bicycle, and had a very positive experience. Parker helped me and I was not only impressed with his level of expertise, but also his care. I was looking for a bike to pull 2 of my children in a trailer, and one of the first things he did was look up the trailer attachment, which turned out, wouldnt have been compatible with the bike I was originally interested in. I felt really comfortable, didnt feel any pressure, plus he was funny. Ill be heading back there this weekend so my husband can get a bike as well, and trust we will be well taken care of.

Well-kept, modern, and reasonable pricing. You really do get what you pay for, and you will be buying a quality bike if you purchase from Sonoran Cycles. I purchased a $45 lock for my bike and lost the keys to it on the way back to my dorm. I gave them a call and the employee on the phone was happy to replace it free of charge. They really do care about their customers. I highly recommend this store! (Watch out for homeless surrounding the store though. Many shady fellows lurk nearby the store and will harass you.)

I was in there today with a bike I built and Dana and Terry had helped me. They werent allowed to work on my bike because of certain modification issues I had on it. But I had a flat tire and had 15 more miles to ride and only ten bucks on me. They walked me through how to fix my bike and change the tube and do what I had to do as well as lend a part I needed to do it. Without them I would have been screwed and they were so polite and welcoming is what unbelievable. Excellent place and people I appreciate you.

Went in last Thursday to get my tires looked at. Parker walked out to my car with me and helped me bring the bike into the shop. I could have easily been sold a new set of tires that I really didnt need but he was honest with me and told me that he didnt feel any leaks. He filled up my tires with air and even centered my brakes. Then he offered to put the bike back into my car for me. Top notch service. Thank you again Parker. I will most definitely be coming back if I ever need any service/repairs on my bike.

I shopped around Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tempe for weeks searching for the best deal. Sonoran was heads and shoulders above the rest, outclassing the Giant dealer in Scottsdale by a long shot on price and service. Terry at Sonoran was totally transparent and patient as I tried bike after bike and asked for customizations (free ones that other shops wanted to charge me for). I dont give many 5 stars but they deserve it. If you dont stop here while shopping youre probably getting ripped off.

Everyone is very nice here. The few times ive needed work done, they charged only for parts. The staff is always friendly and its always a pleasure to come in. Side note, cant believe someone would complain on the store about them being late and rushed. It sounds like he brought the bike in for 2 problems, was charged accordingly, but was rushing them and ran off. If there was a problem, Im sure they wouldve handled it for you had you come back in instead of leaving a pissy review.

I bought a single speed here for my son who is an incoming freshman at ASU. Good bike, good price, and they worked with me to change to a bigger freewheel. When we decided the gear ratio still needed to be changed, they put on a new freewheel, which I had bought elsewhere, at no charge. They also offer ongoing support for the bike which is great as my son is definitely not a bike mechanic. Its clear they value my business, and theyve certainly earned it.

Went into this bike shop, and the customer service was unbelievable!! I dont write reviews so often but I felt so comfortable talking to David and he helped me tremendously that I need to rave about it. David not only helped but also saved me a few bucks along the process. He was patient and answer all my question with positive energy. Great place to check out if your looking for a first bike or need of anything else they help right away! : )
