Went there to get bike fenders installed on my Giant bike which I purchased from them in February. 1) Fenders were install incorrectly with many extra pieces I later had to install I my bike myself 2) throughout my 9.5 mile bike ride tonight I heard scraping on my tire and it wasnt until I got home could I fix it 3) now I have scrapes all over my ankles from them not cutting the prongs off my bike fender when they installed them. Work only cost 15 dollars but it wasnt worth it 4) extremely unfriendly people there. Quality of the experience does not match the quality of the bikes. Never going back even though I love my Giant Bike.

Cindy was extremely patient and helpful in helping me make a selection that fit my needs, and took the time to ask the right questions to help me make the right decision. Jeff did a great job setting up the bike and is incredibly passionate about all things bikes. After my purchase, Cindy took time to set up the fit of my bike to me. Excellent store with excellent staff that stand behind the Giant products and always are there to help you, from beginners to professionals. Good and Bad Experience Great service from a young female employee when I went there back I 2016 but the guys were very paranoid when I walked around and looked at the bikes. I got my Giant Expressway 2 repair with very friendly service from the female. I went back and bought a bike from them this year, (2017) the service was unsettling, I didnt feel invited the employee was nervous and hyper. The bikes are fantastic Giant is just one of the bikes that I ride. I enjoy their smooth ride. By all means drop in and look around.

I walked into this store with my new Mountain Unicycle that I was having issues. Other bike shops had sent me away because they didnt want to touch it. This place helped me with all of the issues that I was having gave me a map of all of the Trails in Phoenix and was more than helpful. The crew here is passionate and willing to help I will be coming here for all of my bike issues from now on.

Great staff and wonderful selection or ability to order into the store from other options greatly opens the selection.. Id give 5 stars but 6pm is to early to close for people stuck with a job that has the same times. Would be nice to have the store open until 7-8. Just purchased two bikes and highly recommend this team to find you the right high quality bike!

Good store. Love my 2017 giant trance 2! Dave help me setup an order and the bike was here with no delay. Shout out to Chris for helping me setup with the bike. I forgot to tip the guys over but will be bringing them a 6 pack next time soon. All the best guys!

They lie about there prices on there website online it said 15 for a wheel tru I went in and they tried to charge me 30 dollars and my wheel was barely untrued
