I brought in a mountain bike from a big box store that couldnt even make it around the block without the chain falling off or becoming jammed up on the front derailer also the brakes didnt feel like they were stopping properly for being disk brakes. I showed them the bike explained my frustrations with it, and to my amazement this gentleman (sorry never asked for your name my bad) immediately took my bike in and adjusted both derailleurs and the brakes also tweaked a few other things on it greased the seat post and gave me some good feedback on that particular bike and how to care for it. All with a friendly smile and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I test drove the bike in there parking lot it rode PERFECT I cant say enough how much I appreciate the fast attention and quality work. THANKS Canyon Bicycles!!!

I recently bought bikes for my wife and I at the Draper Canyon Bicycle shop and gladly found out this South Jordan store is very close to my house for all the service! The staff here took to the time to answer some additional questions I had and gave me the confidence that they are always available to assist me! I needed a few upgrades for my bike and didnt feel like these guys were trying to upsell me at all, but find the right solution both for my needs and my wallet. THANKS GUYS!!

I took my daughters bike in last week wanting to replace the pedals (which were purchased at the South Jordan location), and remove the arm rests. I was surprised when they offered to do everything right there while we waited. The sales clerk was very patient and helpful while determining which pedals would be best for my daughters use. The mechanics were very friendly and fast with their modifications. It was a pleasurable experience and excellent service all the way around.

Friendly staff. Seem to know what they are talking about. Nice that they dont push the more expensive products on you. Will listen and recommend the products that will work for you, whether it is cheaper or not. Lots of products sold here and have a good inventory. They have cruisers, mountain bikes (entry level up to top of the line, road bikes (again, entry to top of the line), clothing, bike accessories, maintenance products, upgrade parts, etc.

Great shop, excellent service. Even saw an associate talking to a customer in Spanish. Bike service turn around is fast and if they can, usually they will fix your bike while you wait, which is a good technique, cuz I usually wander around the store and buy more stuff that I may or may not need. Glad they came out to South Jordan, the other bike shops out here struggle to provide the same level of customer service.

Canyon is the BEST bike shop in town! They have all of the best brands and their mechanics are fast and helpful. I had an issue with some bearings on my new Specialized Allez and they took care of the entire problem and even worked with Specialized to get me better wheels. When you buy a bike here they will back it up for you. You dont need to shop anywhere else, just go to Canyon Bicycles!

I worked with this shop to have Trek warranty a BB problem on my Fuel EX9.9 and these guys were great. I moved out here from California for an Internship and did not originally purchase my bike from Canyon Cycles but they treated me like I was one of their customers. I would recommend this shop for someone looking for good service and people who know their stuff.

I was in denial that my rear tire was flat. It took me a couple of days to finally make the call. Canyon Bicycles took mercy on me and referred me to a shop where I could just walk my bike over. They gave away business to add to my convenience! That doesnt happen. But I sure did appreciate it!
