Straight to the point....rented bicycles nov23rd for a daily rate, when we go and pick them up we are told we have to return them by 6pm the same day (less than 8hrs) because they are closed the 24th so we ask if we can we bring them the 25th and so the owner emanuel says sure but its another whole day charged. Well why would you rent a daily rate (24hours) day before a holiday and expect ppl to bring it back same day. I tried reasoning with emanule but he would not have it, hes rude, disrepectful and a bad business owner. Tried compromising with him but he just flat out told me i dont pay his bills so i should not tell him how to run his business. If you want to deal with someone like him go right ahead and rent from this place.

Not worth the money and a safety concern. Bikes were not serviced. Gears did not shift properly. Brakers were not tight. Lots of clinking on one of the bikes. The other bike the handle bars were loose. Did not feel safe on the bikes. Staff was dismissive when we addressed these issue.

I purchased a 15-speed street bike from OT Cruisers last summer and the bike has been great. My wife and I also like to rent out beach cruisers and ride them around the Old Town area on weekends when its nice out. Emmanuel is great to work with and has always given us great service.
