I purchased a demo bike from the Lehi store last year. It was a team edition cannondale so it was $4200. I was going to buy a mid level new bike and the sales person said that I would have the lifetime tune ups on the demo so I brought it. No worries in cashing in on the offer last year this year however is a different story. Took the bike in at the start of the season and was charged a crazy amount of money for a 5 minute brake bleed AND it took three days. Really? I looked on there site and it clearly states demos and sale models are not included in the lifetime the ups. Bottom line, dont listen to the sales people or get something in writing if you are considering a demo or bike on sale. Lesson learned.

Great experience. My wife and I went to the Cottonwood location to look as some new carbon fiber bikes. We already had some ideas in mind but the staff there was very helpful and provided us with more information and recommendations. The staff was attentive and encouraged us to trial bikes. Later the same day we went to the Riverton store since there was another bike at the Riverton location we wanted to try. We ended up buying 2 bikes at Riverton, which they shipped to us at the Cottonwood store. They adjusted and fit the bikes and encouraged us to come back at any time if there were any minor adjustments to be made. Overall a good experience and I would recommend them to others.

About a 4.5! Infinite is a Cannondale retailer. If you love Cannondale, this is the store for you. I wanted to give my business to another shop nearby to ride a Jamis, but Infinite had better customer service. Paul also spends time adjusting the bike to your size and length. Its a fantastic bike- very fast and great for the east bench. Infinite also offers tune-ups with your purchase, which is a huge plus. For me, Im glad they are in the neighborhood.

Pretty poor experience in service. Walked into an empty store and it took quite a of time to come over and talk to us. My wife was looking for her first nicer bike to begin training for Triathlons and Ironman races. Pretty poor job listening and a worse job explaining the details of the bikes. Very little care to make a sale or to get my wife into the correct bike so we left. We wont be back.

Guy on the phone totally talked down to me. So I didnt go there for parts. I went to Summit Cyclery instead, and they had wonderful customer service.

They were happy to fix the cheap loaner bike I borrowed. It works great now and the price was great.
