Im a newb and walking into a store like this was intimidating, but it only took a minute before a friendly and understanding employee came to patiently help me through all my questions. Its was a busy Memorial day too, but he stuck by me as we walked together around the store showing me all the equipment I would need to get started and how it all works. They have quality Cannondale bikes of all price ranges. Im a bit of an introvert so I was a little shy about my budget, but the staff made me feel like I was part of the Infinite Cycle family right off the bat, no matter what my price range. They never pushed me into something I was uncomfortable with, and they discussed the pros and cons of a next-step-up item only after I would ask about it. I never felt pressure from the staff. I finally landed on a clearance 2013 mountain bike that the staff raved about. They put on pedals and let me ride it around the parking lot. Each loop I made, the employee adjusted something (like the seat) to fit me better. He helped me understand how a few unique features worked. It was really good one-on-one service. Apparently if you buy a bike from Infinite Cycle, theyll tune it up ($70 service) for FREE for FOREVER. That sounds like a great deal to me. Theres three locations, that I know of, so hopefully theres one close to you because it was a great experience for a beginner like me!

It’s really a great place to buy a bike there! The staff are very familiar with the bikes and able to find a bike that would match to my needs for biking on the trails-- dirt and paved. They were able to answer my questions. I had a struggle with changing the speed while biking so they were able to correct me and I was able to do it correctly with no problems. It’s good to learn something new. They did a great job and I had a good experience being able to buy the bike there after doing some researches online and visiting a few stores to purchase a bike. I also like that they did bike services so I can continue keep my bike in a good shape whenever it needs to be taken back in to fill in the air in the tires and have my bike tuned up. Infinite Cycles is indeed a great place to get a new bike and I absolutely love my bike. I am having a lot of fun riding my bike! Thank-you Infinite Cycles!

If you a need a warranty claim processed for defective components on your bike, do not take your bike in to Infinite Cycles in Highland/Lehi...they charged me a ridiculous $35.00 service fee to process the simple warranty claim to SRAM for replacement brake levers. Fee was not disclosed to me at the time of processing. They surprised me with the fee when I came back to pick up the warranty replacement part. It honestly took them 10 minutes or less to process the warranty (a quick phone call in to SRAM). Other bike shops in the area such as Mad Dog Cycles, and SBR Cycles in Orem do not charge any service fees to process warranty claims to bike parts manufacturers...as I found out later. This is the last time Ill ever set foot in to Infinite Cycles. Id give these guys zero stars if I could. I recommend going elsewhere for your cycling needs.

Infinite is the best. Period. Their Lifetime Service on any bike purchased is the BEST thing ever. Ive owned my Super Six for 4 years, my SL2 29er Hardtail for 3 and my wife got a Synapse for Christmas 2014. They have always been top-notch in both service and quality of stuff they carry. Discount store they are NOT and Im glad because nothing - shoes, clothes, bottles etc - has EVER had an issue. I take that back, my Cannondale rain jacket with the removable sleeves had a stitch start coming apart about a year after I bought it (not a critical area) and the guys at Infinite replaced it - NO CHARGE. The only downside I experienced (long wait to get your bike in) has been fixed. They have guys able to do quick adjustments right away now so do you dont have to leave your bike for 2 weeks unless its a bigger repair in peak season.

I just bought a road bike from Infinite Cycles a few weeks ago and had a great experience. They were so helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted. A few different employees helped me and you could tell they were all experienced cyclists who knew what they were talking about. They helped me get the right size of bike and were awesome with answering all my questions. I love the fact that I get free tune ups with my bike for as long as its on the road. Ill definitely be buying more bikes here soon. Thanks Infinite!

I have been into the shop a few times due to its convenience to my house. Pricing is high, expertise is low, and the shop staff are not particularly helpful. Shop missing basic items like rim tape. They said they could tape my rim for me but it would take about a week. Generally friendly atmosphere, but would definitely choose another shop and currently make a much longer drive for better service when I need something.

Excellent customer service. I went in expecting to spend hundreds to have a couple of bikes tuned up that had been in storage for years, but they only charged me for a set of tires because the bikes didnt need the extra work. Those guys could have taken advantage of me, but they chose integrity. I will be back. Thanks!

Awesome products, great staff who are friendly and helpful. I may agree on the repair comments, that it takes a while to get a repair; however, if you are able to do basic repairs yourself then waiting a few days for a more technical fix shouldnt be a common occurrence. Shop Infinite Cycles!

These guys have everything! The thing that caught my eye is that the deals that they have going on for their bikes. They can fix anything and will take great care of you as a costumer. Life Time service is the best thing that Infinite Cycles offers if you buy a bike from here.

I called in to see if they had bmx bikes they said they did i went in they only had one childrens bmx it was a big waste of time, but other than bmx they had a great selection of bikes a great prices with good customer service

Nice shop, but really expensive and long lead times on getting repairs. It is really close to my house, but I spend a lot on cycling and need the best deal. Taylors is usually about half the price.
