Twice I have come to these guys with warranty concerns that other shops told me to give up on. Bike Haus advocated for me with the manufacturers and got the items replaced. They got me a new hub a year ago, and then a brand new shock recently. On a 5 year old bike. Blew my mind. Really good service and knowledgeable mechanics.
