I will never go to another shop! I live about 30 miles away so I must past about 50 other shops on my way to Trek of AF but over the past year they have become like family. The entire staff is super nice and provide the best service. You are probably wondering why I went there in the first place living so far away. I had my bike for 3 years and was never that comfortable on it. The shop I bought it from did a 15 min fit and said the bike was a perfect fit (it was their explanation on why nothing needed to be moved). My hands and undercarriage would get wicked numb, I could of been punched in the nuts and wouldnt of felt it. My neck would hurt so bad after 40 miles I could barley look up. All this I thought were common for bikers. And this is true but only because nobody takes bike fits seriously!! When doing research and asking around Kris name came up twice from people that didnt know each other and lived in different parts of the valley, so I decided to bite the bullet and get a fit. WOW!!!! It changed my life on the bike. I rode more last year after my fit than I had the previous 2 years I owned my bike. Never got sleepy peppy or neck pain again. I have referred their services to several people and everybody has had the same experience as I have and love ridding their bikes more than ever. I was in the market to get a new bike so I obviously went to Trek of AF and it was a dream process. I got a ProjectONE bike and it was great having Kris and Jeff help me. Kris, knowing all my measurements got me all the right sizes of stems, handlebars, bike frame ect. and Jeff was great resource with all my technical questions. I got the perfect bike!! When it arrived John put it together with such care, it was like he was assembling his own bike. John loves bikes and you see it in his work. His tuneups are never rushed and the bike is crisp when you get it back. Its an awesome shop, Im glad I found it. The only thing that would make it better is if they were 30 miles closer :)

If you want an amazing bike purchasing experience then look no further. Trek American Fork is top notch and I have never had such an awesome experience. Kris and Jeff have spent many hours with me in selecting just the perfect bike and accessories to meet my riding needs. Most bike shops just let you take a bike out for a spin in the parking lot giving no actual help or feedback. Kris gave me dedicated attention, let me bring my pedals and helmet and switched my pedals from bike to bike. She went out with me to watch me ride each time and really analyzed my riding and determining what bike was going to be the right size for me. I spent literally half a day hanging out at her shop while she helped me find the right bike, helmet, shoes, etc. She gave great feedback and perspective along the way. Kris paid great attention to all of the details to ensure I had the right width of handlebars, saddle, etc. She went above and beyond and I have been extremely impressed by all of the personal attention I received from both Kris and Jeff. These are good honest people that in the end just want you to enjoy the ride and feel good about what you are getting in the end. They were extremely fair in their pricing also. I received a text message with a picture of my bike when it was done! How many times can you say a bike shop went that far out of their way? Then there is the bike fit. Again, Kris then spent several hours with me making sure my fit was set up properly. She took great care making sure my shoes were just right with inserts, etc. to make sure I was going to be comfortable riding. I rode my bike several times and we made adjustments each time to make sure everything was just right. I would highly recommend this bike shop and I will be back!

I brought my bike into the store because my cadence monitor broke. Chris looked at my bike and asked how my setup was and I quickly said I hadnt felt right since a bike fit I did last April. I had a bike fit by Dave Harward about 4 years ago and it was great. However, after lots of traveling and taking the bike apart several times, I decided to do another bike fit this last Spring (I wont mention the company but it was NOT Dave Harward or Trek). Since about April I have had severe left shoulder and neck pain not to mention my climbing pace decreased. I love biking but it was becoming so painful, I wasnt riding as much. Chris did a bike fit for me that day. The pain is gone and my climbing is back to where it was previous to the poor fit. I could see the difference on video as she had me watch that my legs were too stretch, my upper body stretched, my lower legs were reaching forward to pedal instead of a 90 degree angle, my back rounded....its amazing I did not incur and injury due to poor bike fit. I have not been doing as much core strengthening the last year so I figured the pain was due to weaker core - WRONG. It took a few times riding to undo the poor riding style I had become accustomed to, but thanks to just Chriss eye looking at my bike knowing my fit was wrong and offering her assistance Im a happy pain-free biker again. Thank you so much Chris! You are awesome and your expertise is greatly appreciated!

The service provided by Trek Bikes of American Fork was nothing short of exceptional. I was stationed in Okinawa Japan and returned to visit my son in Utah. I was looking to buy my dream bike. It was a choice between a Pinarello Dogma 2 or Trek Madone 7S. I first visited Competitive Cyclist to look at a Pinarello. They were indifferent to my business and seemed disinterested. I then visited Trek Bikes of American Fork. The Trek Bikes of American Fork staff was kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They encouraged me to test ride several bikes. They then spent close to 2 hours fitting me for my Trek Madone 7S. The fitting included trials of various shoe inserts and cleat shims to ensure my knees were tracking straight and pain free. The frame I wanted was not immediately available and had to be build by the factory. The next challenge was to ship the bike to Okinawa at a reasonable price. The staff again went above and beyond to check out several shipping options. They then assembled the bike, marked it and disassembled it to ship. When I received the bike it was a simple matter of assembling the bike and lining up the markings. My Trek Madone 7S is a perfect, comfortable and efficient fit. The service and attention to detail of Trek Bikes of American Fork is outstanding. They are sincerely interested in making sure the rider gets the best bike possible.
