I just bought a bike from the Bike Shop. I have been riding regularly for over forty years. My last bike just gave out on me. My old favorite bike store was too far for me to work with since we have moved in the last six months. I was nervous about developing a new relationship with another store but found out the feelings were unfounded. Because I found The Bike Shop on Power Road in Queen Creek which was close to my new house. I was not an easy customer as I knew what I wanted and needed someone to help me find the best bike for me. Joe is the best. With patience he spent hours pouring over the almost limitless possibilities. I test rode a whole bunch of bikes. Joes expertise as an experienced rider contributed to buying the right Cannondale bike from them and then suggesting the right components that would make the bike just right for me. After the sale I had minor problems with my tires and they got right on it and made the changes and repairs so that I would not miss any of my morning rides. I am telling you that I feel like their favorite customer as they invite me to come back and just chat about my bike and how to get the most out of it. Truly they are the best. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bike store wiling to put time in on developing a relationship with their customers and killing themselves to make us happy.

This is a real nice local shop with some seriously sweet bikes! I worked with Joe and he did a fantastic job. I did a special order. He took care of getting it in quickly and keeping me informed along the way. The experience was informative and low pressure. He took the time to help me decide which bike was right for me and helped me find the right accessories to get started in road biking. Highly recommended!

My experience with these guys has been great. Bought a mountain bike from them last year. Theyve always taken the time to answer all my questions on several visits. Im a competitive runner, but relatively new to mountain biking. The BMC model they put me on just carried me through my first mountain/trail duathlon with flying colors. Not a glitch. I love local shops that make me want to keep shopping local.
