The Single Track Factory specializes in high end mountain bikes (and sell some rad cruisers, clothing, fat bikes, winter gear, etc). They are one of the leading Yeti dealers in the World. If this is what you are looking for, go to this shop! They frequently sponsor elite and craft manufacturer demo days FOR FREE and have an excellent demo fleet to try through the shop. They want to help you determine what bike is going to give you the biggest shiteatinggrin while ripping trails. When in the market for a trail bike, there is no better place to go. The staff is amiable and will not force you into a bike you dont need or want. The shop gives of great vibes - I have gone there just to gear talk on several occasions - like a barber shop for cyclist. If youre looking for the corporate, low ball price, no character kind of shop - go elsewhere. I enjoy buying a phenomenal product with the knowledge that Im also supporting a one of a kind LBS. There is some negative feedback about the price/quality of the repair department. I cant speak for the department because I do all of my own wrenching. I will only make the blanket statement that suspension service, especially when it hasnt had the proper maintenance over the years gets very costly very quickly. I just cant imagine the owner not attempting to fix a problem when he was told it hadnt been fixed to the satisfaction of the customer.

BEST BIKE SHOP IN THE WORLD!! DO NOT GO TO ANOTHER SHOP! If youre looking to buy a bike. They have an awesome demo program. I bought my first Yeti from these guys at the beginning of the summer. I was new to the mountain biking. They were great about educating me about the sport and the equipment and letting me try everything! The customer service is incredible!! Im extremely hard on my bike, and I generally stop by the shop once a week to get something "un-bent." Theyve never charged me for these tune-ups, and theyre great about swapping parts for upgrades. Lastly, the owner and staff are much more about the sport than money, which is refreshing. If youre looking for a good bike shop with great people that you can trust, look no farther. Single Track Factory is the best around!!

They have an interesting store front from the outside but the service is sub-par and overpriced. Their prices not exactly inline with surrounding stores. I concur with the reviewers who have reviewed this place with scores lower than 3. Seems most of the glowing reviews are biased ones from management or friends of management. Pretty sad. Their business model seems to be predominantly overcharging on repairs/parts on neighborhood consumers with little lack of knowledge of bikes. Plus, their main entrance is very hard to get up with a bike because it requires going up stairs through a narrow door.

Many of the reviews seem to be written by staff or family/friends of staff who seem to be benefiting from making cycling a luxury vanity statement. Many of his products are priced 140-200% above average retail, when asked why the prices where so HIGH he claimed "This is Retail" a very naive statement coming from a local business owner, so if you like supporting this yuppy his family and his lavish lifestyle in "Wash Park" continue to do so you little consumers..........................

Best bike shop in the Denver area, always professional prompt and customer service orientated. Whether Im buying a bike or getting one serviced its a pleasurable experience. They take the time to get it right the first time. Brian and his employees are doing it right! I recommend Singletrack Factory to everyone. You can be sure they will get you on the right bike and get the service done right. A huge thanks to everyone down at the shop for doing what you do every day!

I originally purchased my 2004 asr sl form them. I had a great experience and I had continued to use them for my maintenance as well. I have always recommend them and have sent many customers of mine there way. Not any more. I took my bike in for some repairs. I told them what was wrong and asked for it to be fixed. They told me what was wrong and 450.00 later the same two problems are still there. Save your money and head to wheat ridge cyclery. I feel extremely cheated.

I have purchased 8 bicycles from these guys. Top notch product knowledge and service from the neighborhood local bike shop. These guys are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile! Ask for Harley (shop manager), he is always has a smile and makes sure Im taken care of. Also, they stock my favorite brand bicycles and have a large demo fleet of Ibis, Felt, Rocky Mountain & Santa Cruz bikes to choose from.

Just bought my Santa Cruz Nomad last week!! Ryan and Harley are nice and easy to deal with. After it was all assembled and some sweet pedals put on, I feel I paid a fair price. What also was nice is that I had an issue with one of the pedals and they fixed it without any hassle. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another bike from them. See you at work later tonight Ryan... whoops.

The tech that looked at my bike did an excellent job, but then tried selling me on additional services by making up things that didnt need attention. You know how I know... because I had the parts replaced two days before. Not kidding... brand new parts that work fine... and hes trying to tell me to drop and extra 75 because he "noticed" something. Bro...

They support a great demo program and they have great inventory. I could have saved a few bucks buy purchasing through an online retailer but I feel as if supporting local business is important.

Mark and Harley are very customer oiented and work hard to fit you properly and get you on the right bike. Best YETI dealer in the state!! Follow up service was prompt and professional. If they carry the bike your interested in, definately stop by and give them the opportunity to impress you. I was impressed.

Bought my Santa Cruz MTB bike here. Always get great service. Never met the owner nor am I a friend of any employee. Take friends in to rent bikes and always get a fair deal. Will be buying my next Santa Cruz bike here as well.
