Let me preface this review, I love the bike, it rides well, it is a great value. Where they fall short is their customer service and attention to the small details. A short example is that the image on the website does not reflect what you actually get. The Cascade Peak uses a 1x11 drivetrain which means the box that a front derailleur mounts to did not have a derailleur attached to it. In the image for their website it shows a cap over it rather than an unpainted empty bracket. I thought they had just forgotten to put it on. No big deal I will just call and have them send it to me.... From there I got to their sales and was instructed that it was not part of the build of the bike and that I would need to buy one. I asked to speak to someone else so I could have confirmation (I wasnt sure if the rep was even understanding the part I was talking about because it seems odd that a $3400 bike would have an exposed unpainted portion on their frame). Rather than immediately passing me on to another rep, he chose to fight me and accused me of calling him a liar among other things. He yelled at me for a few minutes for questioning his integrity before passing me off to someone else. The second rep confirmed what I had been told. He said he could sell me the part but couldnt eat the cost on it. The prices ranged from $7-$9. are you KIDDING me? I just spent $3400 with you! I ended up ordering one off Amazon for $15 and wrote an email to Fezzari for some additional training of their staff, and also about the cap and my experience. They did call me back that day to talk to me. They offered to send me the part for free, but at that point I had already ordered the part and it wasnt worth my time to deal with it for $7.00. Again let me reiterate I LOVE my bike I cant wait to ride it this year. This review is reflectant on their customer service. My conversation with the manager and the other reps went back to the price of the bike. I wont find that kind of bike in that price range. That is true, but I would also get much better customer service from buying a mainstream brand. Sometimes in life you get what you pay for. In this case you are paying solely for the bike and not customer service. I would never yell at a client the way they did. Ride on and enjoy the trails.

The Fezzari Shop is the best! I bought my mountain bike last year and have put it through the ringer. Ive gone on long road rides, towed children behind me for miles on end, crushed Moabs world-class trails, and rattled it to death on ski-slope downhills. All the time never giving a sign of weakness. I came in after about 9 months from my purchase; Fezzari offers free tune-ups for 1 year after purchase on new bikes and I thought Id take them up on it. They didnt charge me a dime for anything, but the thing that impressed me the most was the customer service. I was in town and thought Id drop it off and I called to see when they were going to be closing and the woman on the line said, "We actually closed 5 minutes ago. But how close are you?" I said that I was just 5 minutes away and she said, "Oh just come on in and Ill stay open waiting for you." This shows serious commitment to the companys vision and values. I was impressed. When I got there the woman that helped me and answered my phone call was Maddy. I recognized Maddy because she actually sold me my bike. This young woman is very good at what she does and I remember that when I purchased my bike; despite her young age I was blown away by her knowledge and how personable she was. When I make purchases I spend hours on end researching everything I need to know about the product and what is available in the market. It is common for me to go into a place and know more than the salesman. Maddy kept up with me and provided great insight into fine-tuning my decision. I really appreciate it when an employee knows a lot about the products. When I came in this day though I was floored because she actually remembered my name! Who remembers the name of someone who came in just once almost a year ago?!?! I work in customer service and manage a team of 60+ employees and 11 stores. I would love to have people like Maddy work for me!

After hours of research to find a bike that will fit in my price range of close to $1500-$2000 for mountain biking, I visited several bike shops, websites and reviews. I was very interested in buying a bike that wasnt from a sporting goods store or department store. I stopped by the store, and saw a big selection but there were many things I didnt like. 1. Pushy and rude salespeople (reminded me of a shady used car lot) 2. Several confusing and misleading add-ons and comparisons to larger brands. I tried out a couple bikes and liked them after reading about them. The parts are good, but the quality of the frame is as good as a sporting good store bike (diamondback, gravity), it was heavier, riding felt slightly awkward, but ok parts on the bike. He mentioned a free custom fit (which really means moving the seat up and down) I was initially impressed because usually that can cost $75 or more but soon learned, it was adjusting your saddle. There is also a sign on a highway that says Utahs only bicycle manufacturer. That is completely misleading. Their bikes are straight from chinas factories where they make diamondback and other sporting good brands. After having a weird awkward experience, be wary of their crafty tactics.

Purchased a wiki peak (for my girlfriend) and an abajo. Took 10 calendar days to receive it (weekend ordering). First internet bicycle that I have purchased, but have owned trek, cannondale, giant, KHS, and specialized. I was loathe to spend $2,500 on a bike because I just had two in that price range stolen. So, I took a flyer and tried Fezzari. I ride both in Ohio and in Colorado, road and mountain bike trails. Bikes assembled easy and have excellent fit and finish. Its a quality product at a fair price. I could careless about name brands but am impatient with poor craftsmanship. I want a bike I can ride into the ground and that can take abuse. Fezzari will sell you a bike that far exceeds your abilities but not your budget. And it actually fit me better than the bikes that have been sized in person. They are the Yamaha of mountain bikes. When I get a replacement road bike, I wont hesitate to plunk down $2,500 for a Fezzari. Lastly, to the bike thiefs among us, you are yellow-bellied malevolent intestinal worms ranking just below squid droppings and reeking worse than the same.

Only the best when dealing with Fezzari. I have had my Nebo Peak for 2-3 years now and am still amazed with it. I wanted an all around bike that could do everything from cross country to down hill, and do it well. The Nebo has proved it is more than capable to tackle it all. From beating out all the 8k dollar carbon 29ers on the xc races to ripping up a down hill course with ease. I went from a Cannondale Rush with a Lefty setup to the Nebo primarily riding xc and was really surprised with the outcome. I figured the Nebo would have been a bit slower and bulkier but was very mistaken. As soon as you get used to the setup it proved to be considerably faster than the xc bike at its own game. The customer service at Fezzari is some of the best I have ever dealt with. Any issue I have had with the bike because of my own doing has been quickly dealt with and parts were offered to me at their cost. A friend of mine just bought a Wasatch Peak and is absolutely thrilled with it. I will buy from Fezzari again and again, highly recommended.
